amazing service, incredible views

We loved our stay. The hotel is charming, the staff and service is amazing, the restaurant is excellent. If there is only one thing that they could have better is a bigger shower box… We would come back for sure though.

Amazing hotel, so quiet and peaceful. The food was excellent and all of the staff very attentive and cheerful. Thoroughly reccomend it.

Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy room. Excellent view.

It is in a secluded area and very pretty. The room was a disappointment, older furniture and not very well decorated for the price, no conditioner for hair or expandable mirror. The rooms were noisy, we got one on the first floor facing the lobby entrance and the noise of people talking and cars was very disagreeable. The rooms are a good size, the entry key is a little frustrating and odd.The food is fantastic though, the breakfast was superb and the staff are courteous not friendly. Amazing caprese salad. The lobby and sitting areas are nicely decorated. Maybe if we had had a better room in a better area we would have rated it higher. Unfortunately, noise takes away sleep quality.

The property itself was beautiful, built into a mountain. The room and property were very nice, a renovated villa property. They had a pool and spa in addition to two restaurants at the property. There was ample parking. The staff was very attentive and helpful, something we didnt receive at other properties. Overall, a phenomenal stay.

A beautiful hotel set in a gorgeous location. The entire staff is welcoming, informative and enthusiastic. The food in the 2 restaurants was outstanding.

The staff did not show us around the hotel. The room was only adequate. The restaurant was full with a tour group and the noise level was terrible. Overall not an experience one expects in visiting a Relais.

Beautiful setting, very friendly and extremely hard working staff (when do they rest?! We saw the same faces at breakfast through till dinner), gorgeous pool, very relaxing holiday. And oh my did I mention how good the food is here! Drool

The weather was very hot and the air conditioning was not cool enough. They did however give us a fan.

Perfect hotel for relaxation and romantic getaway. Staff is great. The restaurant is excellent. We'll definitely come back.

Enjoyed our stay at the Villa D’Amelia. Located in A small village in the Piemonte region. Though not luxurious our deluxe room was very comfortable with a utilitarian bathroom. Surprisingly there was no bathtub and for a robe and pool towels you had to get those from the front desk. There is a very nice garden to stroll in and the heated pool is very nice, although the water temperature could have been a few degrees warmer. Apparently there was a small gourmet restaurant but strangely they never mentioned or proposed this to us. The menu in the main dining room featured local specialties garnished with white truffles that are sliced directly on the food item. The price of truffles is charged by the gram. We enjoyed pre and after dinner drinks and snacks in the living room style lounge. I believe that the Villa D’Amelia is probably one of the best in the region..

We stayed at Villa D'Amelia for three days and the room was comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. We were very disappointed that the Michelin restaurant was closed for holidays - we had booked to stay there specifically to dine at the restaurant. Also it was strange that we had to ask at reception for basic items such as conditioner and toothbrushes (this is a 4 star hotel after all). The hotel was nicely maintained, the pool area very comfortable and a excellent breakfast buffet.
