Everyone was super friendly. Excellent suite room w plenty of space. Pool and sauna were wonderful.

We clearly went in the off season, mid January, so there were few guests, which we didn’t mind at all. Free Breakfast buffet was excellent as was the hotel’s service the entire time.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The property was spotless, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and the daily breakfast was outstanding. The location was ideal, close to the city while remaining peaceful, with beautiful scenery.

Loved this place! Quiet, spacious, beautiful views. Plus, there is a cliff walk along the ocean right out the front door. I stayed in 4 different hotels during my trip and this one was my favorite. 5+ stars

Amazing hotel!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel is also very clean! Our room was cleaned every single day during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Had difficulty checking in, pools are beautiful but the sauna or Turkish hammam were either not working or needed to be turned on. Service is a little slow, but could be due to the language barrier. Overall, very relaxing place to be, but you need to rent a car if you stay here.

Beautiful property. Especially loved the pools and sauna area. Breakfast included lots of great options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is perfect for beach and oceanfront exploration but not close to the downtown area of Ponta Delgada. We had a car so it wasn’t too bad to drive in.

Room was very clean but had very little storage for clothing.

La vue du côté mer est magnifique. Nous n’aurions pas pu demander une meilleure vue. C’était le highlight de notre séjour à l’hôtel. Le personnel s’occupant de l’entretien ménager fait très bien son travail. La chambre était propre à tous les jours (plancher, salle de bain et lits). La nourriture était bonne, mais dispendieuses (ex. 17€ pour une omelette). Toutefois, les portions étaient gigantesques, soit un repas convenant pour 2 personnes. Avant de poursuivre, je dois spécifier que nous avons eu une compensation de 10% et un changement de chambre après avoir contacté Expedia et le propriétaire de l’hôtel. L’hôtel fait fasse à un problème de moisissure, et ce, dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel (visibles dans les chambres et la piscine). Ceci est une problématique courante aux Açores, mais nous nous attendions mieux d’une hôtel 5 étoiles à ce prix. Mon amie et moi sommes très allergiques à la moisissure, ce qui a mené à des symptômes déplaisants. Il y a des insectes dans les grandes chambres. Mon amie s’est réveillé avec une coquerelle dans son lit. Je vous conseille donc de demander une chambre proche de la réception ou sur le 2e étage. De plus, il y avait des fourmis sur les tables durant les déjeuners. L’espace de piscine est bien, mais mal entretenu. La piscine intérieure a des tuiles brisées et les chaises longues sont couvertes de moisissure (même après que nous ayons signalé le problème à la réception, les chaises et les coussins n’ont pas été changés).

This is a beautiful setting. They have a nice restaurant, breakfast buffet but you do need to drive to get to any other restaurants, stores, sights to see etc. The facility is really clean and staf were great!

This facility is Ocean front but quite away from City of Ponta Delgada. Good breakfast, conveniently located near point of interest. Dinner menu is okay!

Staff was wonderful - very helpful. Bed mattress should be replaced. Was ok but definitely was worn.

The breakfast was really tasty with lots of options and a large indoor and outdoor space. The views and trails right outside the hotel were fabulous. The resort is off on it's own, so you do need to drive to get anywhere. The staff was friendly and informative. We appreciated the beach towel system as well.
