Love the services of the staff. They are perfect and very helpful. The villa space is good but the amenities are slightly aged. The villa filled with musky smell due to all the wood furniture. Other than that, the villa is very clean, the bed is good and clean. Last shoutout to all the staff, well done!

We decided to reserve one of the Forest Villa town homes instead of staying in the large hotels. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, but we also understood that these little homes were right on the lake and could feel a bit damp and musty at times. The rooms had AC and air purifiers to help with this. Forest Villa is located at Harbor Town and has easy access to Huis Ten Bosch from the rear entrance, as well as close to Red Lobster and the shops/restaurants at the harbor. Our one issue is accessibility to the parking area. The shuttle is great during the day, but you must plan around the shuttle times, plan to stay later on check out day if you need your luggage taken to the front (if you cannot fit it on the packed shuttle in the morning), and be back before the last shuttle departs from the front every night. We would definitely stay here again. Now that we've seen Huis Ten Bosch lit up for Christmas, we can't wait to go back and see it during spring blooms.

Great for family stay, but need to ride their shuttle bus to go to their front desk for check in and check out, not convenient in rainy days if going with big group of family with elderly and young kids while you still need to handle bulky luggages!! Remeber to reserve some bread inside your room, a beautiful swan is being kept in the small lake at where the cottage is situated, the swan always swims close to the cottage balcony and seems to 'request' for food. The swan looks lonely, always swimming alone, I wonder why the park does not keep a pair of swan, but just keep a single one??? Feel a bit sad while inside the cottage there was a happy family gathering, but outside the cottage there is a lonely beautiful swan always swimming alone and trying to get close to the baclony to approach the peope for food or for fun or for whatever reasons...

　困りごとがあり、フロントに連絡したところ、速やかにかつ親切に対応して頂いた。こちらの想像を超えて親切に対応していただき、非常に助かりました。

子だくさんの家族向けです。建物は古いですがよく手入れされていて快適でした。

海外に来た雰囲気を味わえてとても良かった。 静かな場所で自分達の楽しい時間が過ごせました。朝食ビュッフェは種類が豊富で美味しかったです。また、飲み物を専用のカップに入れて持ち帰れるのが助かりました。

環境寧靜清幽，適合一個家庭入住

子供連れにはオススメです。 2階もあるしトイレや洗面台も各階に付いていてとても助かしました！ 子供達には普段泊まるホテルと違ってとても興奮してました。 また、子供達と利用したいと思いました。

築年数が経ってるので、普通といった感じです。高級感はなかったです。

オフィシャルホテルなのでハウステンボス駅からくる場合は、ゲート手前で荷物を預けると、ホテルまで運んでもらえて大変便利です。また、ゲートからホテルまでは、園内バスが便利です。朝食会場が施設内にないのが残念でした

部屋から見える景色がとても良かった。 部屋の風呂を使用したが、冬の為湯船を溜めて使用したがお湯が直ぐに冷めてしまった。 そこが残念だっらが、それ以外は大変満足でした。

하우스텐보스에서 4인 이상의 가족이 머물기에 좋은 숙소. 덕분에 하우스텐보스를 2일 알차게 둘러볼 수 있었어요.

家族で過ごすにはとてもよかったです。 夜中など静かな時間には、隣のヴィラの方の声が大きいと少し聞こえます。

豪斯登堡 森林小別墅是很有歐式氛圍的住宿環境。雖然它是有年代的住宿。但整體環境維持得非常好。我們在入口處沒找到寄送行李的地方。也不知要到歐洲旅店check in。以至於拉行李到處跑，還好有碰到工作人員，他們熱心地開車載我們到歐洲旅店。而豪斯登堡的工作人員服務都很讚。讓我們覺得住到裡面很方便也很舒適。

窓からの景色、緑と湖と水鳥に癒されました。 朝、レストランまでの道のりも散歩にちょうどよかったです。

とても静かでオシャレなお部屋でした。 家族で楽しく過ごすことができました。

ハウステンボスの公式ホテルとしては安かったので、どんな施設なのかを確認せずに、迷わず予約しました。 家族と部屋に入ると、別荘風のホテルなので良い印象でした。でも一晩過ごしてみると、高断熱高気密仕様の我が家よりかなり寒いと分かりました。とくに玄関付近が寒いので調べると、ドアとドア枠の間にすべて隙間があります。隙間風で寒いのは当然です。 開業から32年も経てば仕方ないとも言えますが、ハウステンボスの本物に忠実な建物群と比べて、フォレストヴィラは日本式の安普請のようです。 だから安いのだと割り切れば、冬場の宿泊でもお勧めです。
