I was deeply moved by the stunning scenery and the warm, friendly service. They kindly accommodated our early check-out and even let us use the parking at the nearby Hotel Europe, which was wonderful.

Very nice hotel rooms, staff are kind and polite. The park is a wonderful time for adults and kids.

The air in the whole villa had a musty smell the whole time we were there. Wished they had aired the villa ahead of time

Love the services of the staff. They are perfect and very helpful. The villa space is good but the amenities are slightly aged. The villa filled with musky smell due to all the wood furniture. Other than that, the villa is very clean, the bed is good and clean. Last shoutout to all the staff, well done!

We decided to reserve one of the Forest Villa town homes instead of staying in the large hotels. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, but we also understood that these little homes were right on the lake and could feel a bit damp and musty at times. The rooms had AC and air purifiers to help with this. Forest Villa is located at Harbor Town and has easy access to Huis Ten Bosch from the rear entrance, as well as close to Red Lobster and the shops/restaurants at the harbor. Our one issue is accessibility to the parking area. The shuttle is great during the day, but you must plan around the shuttle times, plan to stay later on check out day if you need your luggage taken to the front (if you cannot fit it on the packed shuttle in the morning), and be back before the last shuttle departs from the front every night. We would definitely stay here again. Now that we've seen Huis Ten Bosch lit up for Christmas, we can't wait to go back and see it during spring blooms.

Great for family stay, but need to ride their shuttle bus to go to their front desk for check in and check out, not convenient in rainy days if going with big group of family with elderly and young kids while you still need to handle bulky luggages!! Remeber to reserve some bread inside your room, a beautiful swan is being kept in the small lake at where the cottage is situated, the swan always swims close to the cottage balcony and seems to 'request' for food. The swan looks lonely, always swimming alone, I wonder why the park does not keep a pair of swan, but just keep a single one??? Feel a bit sad while inside the cottage there was a happy family gathering, but outside the cottage there is a lonely beautiful swan always swimming alone and trying to get close to the baclony to approach the peope for food or for fun or for whatever reasons...

1階の照明が少し暗い。もう少し明るかったら良かったと思う。その他は、とても良かった。

建物は古いですが、丁寧に掃除はされています。 レセプションスタッフはとてもシンプル対応。 朝食は追加で注文しましたが、わざわざ事前に注文する必要はないかも。私にとっては美味くワンハンドでラップにして食べれて良かった。しかし、年配者や子供には微妙でした。 ホテルヨーロッパのホテルも近いので別のレストランで食べても良いかも？？ 大浴場はバス乗り場まで、５分。２３時まで営業していて良かった。

宿泊者用の駐車場がわからず迷子になってしまい道順を聞こうとホテルに電話した所わざわざ迎えにきていただきました。親切な対応に感動いたしました。本当にありがとうございました。

ハウステンボスに遊びに行く時利用させて頂きました 一軒家で気兼ねなく とても良かったです 孫もとても喜んでました

普段　家財道具が溢れる家に住んでいるので　スッキリした家に身を置くことが　たまには必要だなと思いました そんな　ホッとして落ち着く空間でした 家族5人で泊まるには広さもお値段もちょうど良い　また泊まりたいと思える施設でした

スタッフの方の気配りが凄く良かったです！
