The only bad was no remote control for AC in the living room

Host- Morris called his Canadian guest upstairs “Stupid people” I asked him to stop talking like that - he didn’t stop, and I will. The common room was unusable as we were not allowed to use a/c (México in July) No trash cans on our property (2 condos down had a small one) We were expected to put our used toilet paper and all household trash in a small can next to the toilet. Ran out of toilet paper twice during our 9 day stay. They advertised place to make small meals, but not even a plastic knife for guest ( Safety concerns 😁) Pool so hot it was hard not to call it a hot tub! Will not come back

Excellent communication and attention all the time with the owners, the house, the backyard and the pool were great, breakfast service was amazing, Rosa the lady that served the breakfast and cleaned was very attentive and friendly, we enjoy our stay, the only concerns was the beds only had sheets and that look weird, towels were old and one of the TV’s too, everything else was amazing, the area is private so is good because of security but the guards stopped you and ask you a lot of questions every time you’re going in, they don’t give you nothing to have a fast access

The place is nice good location very clean but the beds are extremely hard. You will definitely wake up with a backache in the morning. A good bed is the most important component of the room and if they cant get this part right they will never be successful

* Pros: - Inside an access-controlled area - Good first impression (the apartment and some small details) - They accommodated a late check-in. * Cons: - Owner / hosts unable to accept complains or any criticism - Charged more than agreed-on *and* invoiced - Strong mold smell in the room coming from the also stained bed sheets(!) - Terribly uncomfortable and noisy mattress - Room type might not match your reservation - Noisy AC, but not much of an issue (there were far worst) - There might be a little of a language barrier (native Italian speakers, it seems) - It might be hard to reach the owner for any issues - Check their website *before* reserving to have more information on their services Some things I was told the next morning, but I don't agree with: - The room type was changed to a better one (darn!) because of the late check-in. I just wonder why this was done without telling me when I called to notify of the late check-in, let alone asking if I agreed. - The sheets were coming directly from the laundry. I could believe it if they had been humid and remained in the laundry for days. - The matters was new. If so, it's of an incredibly low quality. In short, a very bad experience. We stayed there to rest in between a trip and it was very disappointing.

Rosa is amazing! So was the local pet Alfredo. I didnt see Marco much, but there was some tension regarding use of common areas, like kitchens. The prices seemed arbitrary, I was given any room available when I arrived (different from reservation), and I met a couple with a much nicer room than me, who paid 10 dollars less, using a different website to book. There are no provided no toiletries. use of kitchen is an extra charge. Bathroom may or may not be ensuite. Aside from small hiccups, I loved the stay and the people I met there. It is immaculately clean, and Rosa is the star of the show. The pool is nice and clean. Great garden. No multi-lingual staff, but I used google translate and it was fine.

We really liked the place but the beds were terrible. We couldnt fall asleep. Had such back pain afterwards. Quite area and great pool but nit it the center.

Located in a safe/quiet area but a bit of a walk to the store/restaurant. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Check in was made complicated by the fact that they stated they did not get our email with arrival details. We needed to wait in the driveway while the staff came to let us in. The next door neighbours were very helpful and friendly, they would be a good addition to the staff. Room was fairly clean, and reminded us of a hostel.

Marco was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great (though we didn't know it was a gated community when we entered so got a little thrown off entering with our rental car which was totally fine). Check out was early, maybe my only qualm. But overall lovely.

Marco, the manager, was on top of every detail. The room was excellent with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and the bathroom was beautiful.

The attention was great, the room was clean and the facility was comfortable, bathroom was clean and nice, we didn't stay much in the room but it was great, very nice location within walking distance of the 5a Avenida in Playa, the host was wonderful and great to talk to.

Trtamos de hacer check in ir al lugar a la hora acordada y nunca nos recibieron los contactamos por diferentes medios y nunca pudimos entrar al hotel. Pesimo perdimos esas noches

Siempre excelente, puedes ir caminando a todas partes ya sea la playa o a la 5 avenida Muy amables La habitación muy cómoda y la cama también Se puede estar en contacto con la naturaleza ya que vimos coaties y serekes

Mucho olor a humedad en la habitacion sobre todo en el closet; el piso en la regadera estaba manchado y daba apariencia de falta de limpieza aunque no fuera así y el colchon podria mejorarse (no estaba acojinable). Por lo que respecta a areas comunes todo bien cuidado.
