Now we only stayed one night but we enjoyed the surrounding area the day we left.

Location is very convenient for Duomo and Sforzfa castle etc. Bed was very very comfortable for 4 star in Europe! And the air conditioning was excellent.

Not cozy

Loved the decor, the room space and cleanliness. Shampoo and soap smelled lovely. Front desk lady was really sweet and helpful. Area was perfect, accessible everywhere by walking. Feedback would be that the shower space is a little tight which is expected in Europe. Breakfast area feels a bit dark and options could be enhanced.

Great location and clean

Our room window was facing the back of El Marques restaurants kitchen which was very noisy til past midnight. The noise was continuous yelling, banging of pots and trash cans. We stayed here 5 nights and every night was the same. We did share this feedback with the male receptionist, but nothing was done.

The building is old and dated but clean. The room was on the smaller side but well appointed. Hallways need to be updated, all wall papers are peeling. Location is great, central

The first night was a nightmare as the AC was barely working, we couldnt sleep, the reception offered to add a fan, it was ok. Next day they offered us to change the room, AC was working, totally differnt experience.

No air conditioning. Open windows then mosquitos. Prior reviews have same complaints.
