Beautiful hotel!

Clean rooms, great service friendly staff! . Close to train station to visit other cities in Spain. Awesome breakfast buffet. Will be back!

Whilst the room was great, client care was clearly lacking - a fact recognised by the hotel. Apologies were made but I am still waiting to hear from the hotel GM. It appeared that the hotel was understaffed as we were not offered assistance with luggage on arrival and service in the lobby cafe and séptima both left a lot to be desired. As a frequent guest at Only You Valencia I had high expectations for Madrid. These went unfulfilled. I doubt we will ever stay again with Only You Madrid Atocha.

Great location. However there is a massive amount of building works going on right outside the hotel currently and will be for some time. There didn't seem to be a place where one could just have an early, simple breakfast. Great products in room and good in room menu.

Unmatched breakfast buffet featuring an international selection, branded espresso capsules, and a truly unforgettable breakfast experience. The staff could not have been more helpful—with a train to catch from the station just across the hotel, they were incredibly accommodating, thoughtfully preparing a bag with breakfast items for my child to take along. Amazing bathrooms and shower. Definitely recommend and would return without hesitation.

Only You Atocha is a great choice - especially if you are travelling around Spain by train because its just across the road from the main rail station, Atocha.

It's a staff were very friendly and professional.

Perfect location. Accross from Atocha, few mins walk from Museums of Reina Sofia and Prado, few mins from Retiro. Can’t ask for more. Great lobby, options to eat, have coffee, relax. Quality restaurant on top. Highly recommended.

Shops nearby and Balcony. Very clean room. Close to the Atocha train station. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Breakfast buffet was great too!

Fantastic staff, check-in/reception was a breeze, and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and fluent in English, which was a big help for me. I got an outstanding recommendation for dinner which frankly was the best food I had in my entire week in Madrid. Location was right across from the Atocha train station, and down the street from the Parque de Madrid. The Prado is close by as well as the Neptune fountain. As a courtesy I was given a late check out as my plane wasn’t leaving until 5:30 PM., which gave me time to explore more Madrid. Yes thanks.

Very travel friendly for all languages. BEST restaurant I've ever had in a hotel. Staff helped us find our train to Granada 1000/10. We WILL be staying again
