Love the service, free coffee, tub in the room and free parking.

This hotel room is lack of lighting. They provide only one bath towel for two people stay. Not enough of clothes hanging area. The checking hour is not convenient for the travelers (4pm or later check in time).

Every aspect was excellent -from the location, access, staff, cleanliness, amenities, breakfast, internet, parking…. I could go on. Incredibly enjoyable stay.. Oh…. There was even a full size therapy chair in my room!

Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount. At the time of checkout there were even more rooms. It just doesn't make sense especially when there were plenty of rooms laying around. Even 4 or 5 star hotels don't charge early check-in fees and if they do, it's definitely not at upwards of 60% of the nightly rate.

Good Hotel easy to check in and get your room. Staff really friendly and defintely helpfuk but No Wifi even though in Expedia says theu have WIFI, AC Turned off for winter so it can get warm, fan does help but still NO AC

I had a great time during my stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here if you need a comfortable relaxing place to stay.

Very happy with the service provided and good environment for kids too. Safe neighbourhood and lots of places to go around the hotel too. Very impressed with their extra miles services ensuring us guest well taken care of. Highly recommended for families travelling with kids.

Awesome location to get around. Hotel and room looks very new and clean. Many eateries and shopping along the Main Street just 20m out. Highly recommend this place.

Nice floor plan. Bed was suuuuuper hard. This is a love hotel, complete with vibrating bed.

Unfortunately at the end of our stay, the receptionist gave a wrong direction on our next hotel to the taxi driver. It took us longer and more expensive to move to another hotel.

Very nice staff member. Very thoughtful in terms of in-room items provided - such as hair wax, hair spray etc.

A comfortable stay

We stayed two nights for our trip to Everland and Caribbean Bay. The location was great. The room was spacious and clean for our family of four but there was a strong smell that lingered in the room. Thankfully, they offered a nice candle for the duration of our stay. The combination of the candle and a fan in the room, helped to alleviate the smell. Breakfast was simple but had a variety. It was nice to drop off our luggage at the hotel before our check-in time to play at Everland.

Probably the better hotel in that locality. Cannot complain.

The hotel is near Korean Folk Village, Everland, Samsung Transportation Museum and Yongin Market. It's a few blocks away from Yongin Bus Terminal. Bring map with Korean translation which you can show to the taxi drivers.

The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. We took the family room and because we have two kids travelling with us, one of them had to sleep on the floor because beds are only for 3 people. However, it was ok as the floor was warm and bedding provided are comfortable. Even though parking is limited, we had no problems to get parking Every time. Highly recommend this hotel.

The environment is quiet, my daughter and I have a good night sleep. The hotel manager is very helpful & efficient, he came to our room very quickly when we called the front desk and told him we were having problem with the desktop computer and he helped us to fix it within minutes.

The manager was fantastic I'd love to stay again.
