The pool water was green and there was no signs that they were doing anything about it and no postings not to go in. The remote control in my room was so covered in gunk we had to use a towel to push the buttons in order to not touch it.

There was a leak from the ac unit that completely soiled my clothes. As well as blood stained sheets and duvet.

Convenient

The hallways and the room smelled musty and old. The room was dated. There was no remote to the TV. We came in late at night, and didn’t feel like walking to the desk to get on.

Overall, we were happy, but our room door was very hard to open. The bathroom door didn’t close at all. The closet door was also a challenge to open and close. We had jackhammering right outside our end-hall room all day Friday from 8am until 5pm. It began again briefly on Saturday morning, but stopped after about 45min. The refrigerator in the room froze everything. However, mostly all was ok for us. The iron and ironing board worked well as did the hairdryer.

We had blood on our sheets. At first it seemed like we were being blamed for it, but that changed once the manager actually looked at it. We were offered free breakfast but that wasn’t communicated to the staff that was working the next morning. The whole experience was very uncomfortable.

Good stay, but i was expecting more from the 2 story room including a clean baloney, balconey shades that worked ( maintenance came to fix them but was unable too so he manually rolled them halfway up for us, which is where they stayed) a more nicer upkept ares ( paint peeling, stained walls)

Great location

Bistro had very limited food and beverage items. They couldn’t open a bottle of wine. Shower in bathroom had dirty gritty sand or dirt in it.

Bathroom absolutely gross! Hallways gross. Random towels laying in the hallways.

Front desk was extremely friendly. Was not as impressed with housecleaning.

We had a great stay with walking distance to downtown Oxford. It was a pleasure to explore, and then return back to the hotel. We were told the hotel is getting ready to go through a full renovation so some of the carpet in our room was frayed and pulled up, but that is understandable with the current renovations getting ready to start. The staff was overly friendly and accommodating.

Great stay for a basketball weekend and first time visit to Oxford. Campus easily accessible, as well as “the square.” Highly recommend this property!

It was easy to check in and staff was great. Close to where we need to be.

Would stay here again

Great hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms well equipped with all necessities. Great location…super convenient to Oxford Square where there’s plenty of dining and shopping options.
