This place was so so outdated, gross, dirty and don't recommend

Construction in the area made it difficult (and took a lot of time) to access, but the hotel was nice! The restaurant had good food. The pool was clean. Biggest downside were the pillows (horrible and only 2 on the bed).

Hotel parfait pour famille. Bien localisé, les employés sont super gentils et aidants. Les courses de parents-enfants dans les corridors entre 1-3am dans les zones de quiétude étaient décevantes. L'insonorisation n'était pas très bonne pour les chambres donc très difficile pour les périodes de télétravail pour le niveau de bruit. La chambre était adaptée pour chaise roulante mais il n'y avait rien de standard donc le lavabo arrive au niveau des cuisses et je suis la plus courte du groupe. Le miroir incliné fait l'effet de nanisme. La dernière nuitée sur 3 a été bcp plus tranquille.

Overall a nice place, polite staff clean room. On the down side the washroom was very small and heavy construction around the hotel. Also we were expected to pay for wifi which I found unusual.

Everything was great but no Sauna was disappointing. Very nice though.

arrived at 10pm & was received by hotel attendant who needed a brush ,; he looked like he had Einstein hair, but he was friendly .. massive 5 year construction in front so it was not easy getting to hotel hotel needs a little love , getting old the frames in the room are odd; it’s not carnival or mardi gras … hotel pool is very nice with rooms overlooking it

The pool and atmosphere was fantastic. The restaurant on-site was delicious. Lots of on site activities for kids to do in addition to the pool (cinema and arcade)

The pool and spa area is perfect water and air is hot with mild music and lots of plants.

Cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur du prix. Isolation déficiente, petite chambre, 1 petit oreiller par personne, écoulement des eaux dans la salle de bain difficile... Bref, tout a été décevant pour le prix élevé de cet hôtel.

I will never stay here again. Pure chaos. The pool and the restaurant were the worst. Basically why we booked this hotel

We had a delightful stay. We booked at the last minute and luckily for us there was a balcony room still available. The pool was really nice although very busy, not surprising given it was March break. From our balcony overlooking the atrium we were able to take in the entertainment: a singer, a light show and an aerialist show. If you have small children the balcony room on a weekend might not be best because it was loud until 10pm. The room was well appointed with a fridge and coffee maker, and the snacks and drinks were an unexpected nice touch. Great start to our trip.

Entertainments such as magic show and live music show and aerobic show around the pool during march break were much appreciated and made the stay very fun and also convenient for families with children.

nice people and many activities for kids

Our room was dirty (floor dirty and sticky spot everywhere. No baby bed was given to us, we had to improvise something. Very noisy. We could hear kids and people runing in corridors and we could hear te music from the pool party. Very hard to sleep through that noise. The workers at the front desk were very unwelcoming. I am not going there ever again and it is more of a motel quality. This is not a four stars hotel.
