Muy buen hotel, todo muy limpio y el restaurant tiene de todo

Pool was great but a little dirty in tiles on floor of pool. Great music at the pool on Saturday nights. Little coffee cafe in morning was never open Sauna not working Floors in rooms a bit noisy and can hear people above you if they walk with high heels in floor. Tap in bathtub kept dripping and the water would not drain when showering Convenient to old city and restaurant on site is a nice option.

Such a racism behaviour didn’t provide even the water bottles told them to clean up their room twice they didn’t did it. I will never prefer again.

Perfect

Purpose of trip was to rest/relax for 3 days. We were excited cause the pictures looked great. Bathtub had mould in the grout which we advised staff about. Said they would do something -never did. Had construction noise 2 of the 3 days in the pool area so couldn't really enjoy the balcony or read without excessive noise. Hot tub was drained one of the days. Tried to call for Room service and no one answered so we went elsewhere for meals. At one point one of the janitors ran the electrical cord for the vacuum through the water of the pool which I brought to the attention of the staff who didn't seem to care. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they would call me but in fact it was the same staff member that called me and offered me a 15% discount "the best the manager (if there even was one) said they could do."

The room was great, with one exception, limited privacy. I was on the ground level, parking lot outside the window. The only thing between me and the parking lot was a see through white drape. It was strange. Great room though. Also, it was a bit noisy with the construction, but I slept fine with my earplugs.

Everything was great. Sofa had some minor blemishes / wear marks, but overall the hotel was great.

Obligé de faire venir ma mère a l'hôtel parcequ'elle est détenteur de la cartes pour prendre possession de la chambres mais cest pour moi qu'elle l'avais réservée (avec la même carte de credit) ensuite en arrivant a la chambre avec tout mes bagages, essaye d'entrer, les cartes ne fonctionne pas..obliger de retourné a l'accueille avec tout mes bagages pour refaire les cartes...je suis resté deux nuits, ont m'offre la possibilités de quitté a 13h la deuxièmes journées, ce que je trouves merveilleux or, a 9h00 le matin de mon départ, on cognait avec insistance a ma porte pour fair le et pas a une reprise, pas a deux mais bien a trois reprise la femmes de chambre est venue me déranger avant 13h..la troisièmes fois elle est carrément entré dans la chambre pour me dire qu'elle devait procédé au nettoyage de celle-ci. Jai demandé son nom et je suis allé faire une plainte a l'accueille.. jai jamais eucune aussi mauvaise expériences hôtelière.

Gentleman checking me in was rude and charged me for another guests room without my knowledge. The restaurant service in the hotel was very slow. We asked twice for our check and ended up going to the bar to pay after waiting 30mins for our server. Our room was in disrepair and gloomy. The back elevator was dirty. The staircase had cobwebs and dust everywhere. The exterior security door into the hotel was broken. Overall, not a good experience.
