Breakfast was mediocre for $25 per person. The pool and jacuzzi were great! The rooms were just okay. We loved the location though, walked everywhere!

Beautiful hotel!! We got a balcony room with a spacious room, we were more than pleased. The hotel seemed to be within a historical building that was fantastic. One of our group got hurt at the ankle crossing the street in a pothole and the staff was extremely helpful, bringing by

Travelled with my partner, two sons (9&11), and their grandfather. We stayed in two rooms (but could have squeezed into one as there are 6 person rooms). I’m a return customer and booked the interior room with a view of the courtyard with the pool. The boys (and their grandfather) loved using the pool, being able to watch the action of the courtyard, and we really enjoyed the Friday and Saturday musicians. Beds were comfortable and the entire hotel was clean with a very friendly staff. Location for walking is perfect with underground parking that allows you to go in and out as you please, if you’re doing any trips out of the city. Overall, beautiful stay in a beautiful hotel within a beautiful city. We will be back for our next adventure!

The breakfast included was amazing!! Make sure you go HUNGRY cause it’s all you can eat; the staff were more than helpful with any concerns we had! The hotel is located perfectly for shops and sight seeing!! Overall an amazing place.

A gem!! This place was so beautiful, and it really felt like it transported you somewhere tropical. The breakfast was great, room was awesome, pool area was obviously the really impressive bit. The hot tub could have been hotter, and it was often overfilled with children, but then I found the sauna in the gym, and that was really private and nice.

I tried to shorten my stay due to illness with over 24 hours notice. The hotel was not interested in helping as we had booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia who was unable to contact the hotel. Expedia promised to resolve and send me an email. No email received and I had to pay for the room even though we had checked out and returned home. Never again.

Great property! Short walking distance to many shops, restaurants and sites. Loved having a balcony that overlooked the pool.

It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed having a drink on the balcony and feeling that we were somewhere warm! The kids enjoyed the pool and they were happy that goggles and scuba masks were available for them.

Overall nice hotel, but would benefit from some renovations in certain areas and a bit more cleanliness.

Hotel is Okay, location is good but the hotel is aging and the pool area and water are not maintained, The water is dirty and cloudy 1 hour after opening of the.pool at 9am, twice i pulled someone elses hair off my head and body. There was a bandaid on the pool ground for the entire 4 day stay at this hotel. Which meant only one thing the pool area wasnt mopped once in the 4 days my family and i satyed here. Okay hotel but i wouldnt saty here again.
