The hotel is a great location. The hotel is dated but the rooms are large. The cleanliness and ensuring rooms were well stocked was not a priority. We needed to request towels and toilet paper during our stay.

Overpriced, expensive breakfast.

Although there is live music on certain nights it is provided in the pool area and is only enjoyed by the people who upgraded their rooms to a pool view. Sadly the pool is chlorinated so that's what you smell throughout the hotel. Housekeeping is hit and miss. Often no making of beds, replacement drinking glasses or towels some days. The steakhouse attached provided a poor experience also. The only good part was the location in proximity to the old city. Oh and the beds were comfy. I expected more for the price.

The hotel room was ok, the hotel completely cheaps out on coffee that could be offered for guests. There are two water filled drink containers but after 7pm they are no longer filled. The buffet is a complete rip off, 29$ plus tax for a not even decent amount of food. Restaurants around the area are cheaper and have better food. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you like service amenities. It offers the bare minimum for a really overpriced hotel. I am a single mother and I hoped it would have been easier to do things with my kids.

Beautiful hotel!! Very unique in that balconies overlook the indoor pool and jacuzzi on each floor. They had live music entertainment ay the pool Friday and Saturday nights. The staff are very helpful and friendly ESPECIALLY the concierges…young men who were friendly and pleasant, they gave excellent advice about what to see and do on the Ile d’Orleans, Everyone spoke English as well as French. The only negative was that the parking garage underneath the hotel is dirty and quite dark. Otherwise, I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Quebec… the location is perfect, the breakfast was wonderful, rooms clean and spacious and the restaurants and lobby tres elegant!

Fantastic location to shops and dining, right next to a Taxi stand. Well maintained property, huge rooms, nice pool, great buffet breakfast for a fee. The staff at the front desk was amazing.

Mold in the bathrooms Fitness room has little to no equipment, and what they do have is outdated. No AC

Petite chambre de bain avec bain/douche...le lavabo craqué et le tour du dedans malpropre.J'ai pas été capable de naviguer sur internet mais comme par hasard..on vous suggère un forfait haute vitesse 24 hrs pour$. On était 4 adultes dans la chambre et seulement 2 capsules de café. Déjeuner le Dimanche non inclus...$25.99 par adultes si vous le prenez avec la chambre..en plus fête des pères...Déjeuner TRES de base..même pas de balles,gaufres ect. Plus le stationnement payant donc pour une nuit presque $500 j'ai déjà eu souvent des palaces a ce prix!
