Nice place

Rooms were clean but we're probably high end when they were first done but needs to be updates. Expedia showed a fully kitchenette and large fridge but not the case. Said there was laundry facilities and there was not. Amenities where not cleaned regularly or enough ie. Pool/hotub and floor around them. The elevator were stinky from the old dirty mats inside them. Elevators were very slow. Free breakfast had the same thing every single day. No variety and the hot bar only had boxed scrambled eggs and sausage everyday. The cereal was not kids friendly, need to add frosted flakes or fruit loops. Cream cheese spread into the hottable tray to fill space was gross looking. Drink options good. Need some individual yogurts and fruit and pastry options and some pancake/crepe/french toast options. Pool Towels smelt like they were washed with kitchen towels because they smelt like food. We made the best of it. I'm happy there was no bugs and good relation to valcartier and qc city.

Breakfest was vary unpleasant and all the elevators were broken except for 1.

L'hôtel est propre l'accueil très bien. Malheureusement les lit sont vraiment dure et les oreillers très molle. La piscine de l'hôtel était bondé beaucoup beaucoup de bruit boisson dans le spa . Aucune serviettes disponible même après 1.5h Il y avait un tournoi de basketball dans les environs et les jeunes était laissé à eu même dans la nuit sa criait sans bon sens j'ai du sortir pour avertir les jeunes.

The room was clean but the property needs some updating. Carpets in the hall are lifting. The elevators took forever and the staff often had the entire elevator occupied with bins. Food in the morning wasn’t replenished for breakfast. I ordered a surprise bag and it never arrived even after I called. The arcade closed at 5:30pm and I wasn’t notified of this when I paid. So we had one hour to use the facility and paid full price.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Indoor pool on the roof was a great feature. Breakfast was decent with eggs, sausages, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juices, hot chocolate and coffee. Hotel room bathroom was a little strange with a frosted glass door and no lock. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were not friendly however the maids were quite nice.

Les enfants aimaient beaucoup la piscine et hot tub. Il y avait du bon service. À chaque fois qu'on avait besoin d'assistance quelqu'un était là.

Pour la semaine de relache. Probablement que l'hôtel était surbooké parce qu'il n'y avait pas moyen d'avoir assez de serviettes ou oreillers pour toute la famille. Le dejeuner, il n'y avait presque plus rien wt surtout, pas de place où s'assoir ou se déplacer. On nous a même demandé de quitter la piscine avec les enfants parce quily avait trop de monde. Les installations sont désuètes, mal entretenues. Excellente pression dans la douche!!!

Pool, jacuzzi, water slide, Boston Pizza and arcade games/carrie factory, perfect stay with kids, I wish I could have stayed longer, I actually wanted to prolong our stay but the hotel was fully booked, we definitely enjoyed our stay, our favourite hotel in Quebec City so far!
