For one night, experience was excellent

Overall it was a good hotel, but what didn’t leave me with a good impression is the room service part, more specifically that when they changed the towels and removed the trash they didn’t do the bed , otherwise it was good

Staff was not very cooperative when we ask for the manager told them the bathroom exhaust fan is not working. He told me they will send somebody around 8 o’clock, but nobody showed up, wasted our time sitting and waiting in the room. Our package included breakfast. It does say continental breakfast, but it’s not really a continental food it just a cereal, bagel and bread, coffee filter, and banana and fruit and pancakes. That’s it and not really up to the market. They are just to fill up your stomach.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast tables weren’t cleaned and there were no serviettes available. The pool was very fun but it was busy while we were there and chairs were not available.

Very nice rooms and super comfortable bed. Quiet and clean The breakfast was average. Primarily had various bread and pastries and cereals.

Everything was great. The coffee was hot and lots of choices for breakfast

Tres bien

The breakfast menu was great - only lacking bacon! Our grandchildren immensely enjoyed the pool, hot tube, waterslide and spill buckets. We stayed for three nights and had them stay with us the last night as we left Quebec at 5 am. The pull down bed was excellent! I believe our room was for handicapped guests, which we are not, so it meant a shortened tub and a small counter in the bathroom.

The room was clean. The bed mattress was so hard that looks like I slept on the floor. The pool was too crowded that we stayed 5 minutes and went back to our room. The breakfast was minimal. No scrambled eggs or bacon or muffins. Only cereal, bread, boiled eggs, yogurt. The orange juice tastes awful. For me it’s the last time in this hotel.

Hôtel correct près des grands axes routiers. Amplement de stationnement. Personnel gentil et discret. Petit déjeuner continental limité et sans grande variété.

Staff were always helpful, Old amenities but worth the locations (arcade and Boston Pizza), very good price for a family of 4! The kids had a blast’

La propreté impeccable, mais prise de possession de la chambre est trop tardive à 17hrs. Le restaurant Boston Pizza n’en vaut pas la peine, ne respectant aucun de leurs coupons rabais. Nourriture fade. Par contre le dejeuner de l’hôtel est très bien.

Hotel is close to everything, nice bar and restaurant attached but the vibe in the entry, hallways and rooms needs an update!
