Washroom was not clean enough and there was not even a single water bottle kept in the room. They should atleast keep 2 water bottles in the room for the person who is checking in after a long flight.

Not exactly what I expected from the photos. It's an old hotel. It was probably awesome in the '70s. Old school center open area with pool, shuffleboard, restaurant. My first clue was there was no elevator. Had to slog the bags up the steps to the second floor. Overall, the room, although very dated, was clean, good water pressure and good hot water. For an overnight stay to catch a flight, it's close to the airport. Other than that, it was ok at best.

Le spectacle du soir était bien, mais c’est très bruyant. Pour les jeunes enfants qui se couchent plus tôt, ce n’est pas idéal, d’autant plus que le spectacle dépasse 21h. Il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre. Les draps avaient des taches. Lorsque la chambre a été nettoyée (les 2 fois), ils ont remis les mêmes draps avec les taches. Belle piscine avec une température agréable.

Salle de bain aurait besoin d’être rénovée c’est les mêmes qu’il y a 25 ans. Par contre les chambres ont été rénovées et c’est très bien.

Nous avons aimé l'endroit. Parfait pour les enfants. Très bien mangé au restaurant.

Room not sound proof. Had alot of family with kids and parents let then run in corridors. Had a signer at indoor terasse everyone had to listen to him since the room are not sound proof. Not fun for people who need to sleep early. The guy sang till 9h30 or 10h PM.

Un endroit idéale pour relaxer en amoureux… les chambres avec balcon sont tellement agréable et très propre … le restaurant est excellent et le service est super et très professionnel … Une petite suggestions : les salles de bains devraient être rénovées et transformer la baignoire en douches modernes et confortable…

The only part of our stay was the restaurant and the restaurant staff. We stayed Friday until Monday. The first night our AC wouldn’t work, I contacted the hotel staff in the morning and then afternoon with no contact back until 11:00 at at night. With the AC not working they moved us at Midnight to another room, would not help us to get the bed set up until after we called numerous times and then still no AC. When I mentioned all of this at check out, I was at ignored and asked what I expected them to do about it and maybe I could possible if telling the truth get money back. I was so exhausted from not sleeping I walked out. Choose a better hotel. Don’t waste your money.

Hotel was great. Staff was very friendly. Only wished it was a little more handicap accessible.

Le lieu est très acceuillant mais dans les détails, la chambre et particulièrement la salle de bain aurait vraiment besoin de rafraichissement. Les joins de céramique s'éffritaient et tombaient dans la baignoire.

je ne reviendrais pas chez vous car vous nous aviez dit que l'enfant s'était 10$ et que les autres ses bon son jeune et vous nous charger plus et en plus vous dire que nous avons pas payer le panier surprise et vous voulez le charger deux fois une chance mon mari a garder la facture vous être des escrocs j'ai tout nettoyer moi même la chambre elle était parfaite en plus j'ai tout défaut les lit fermer les sac mit les serviette sale en pile nettoyer tout les surface pus jamais. en plus il a des fourmit ses infester dans la sale de bain je sais pas ses quoi votre problème mais vous être mal organiser et perdu en plus vous nous charger plus sur se que j'ai discuter avec la fille de hier des voleur

Great resort feel and accommodating staff

Loved the pool & hot tub, great ambiance. The staff was friendly and the rooms are clean. The sofa bed wasnt confortable tho, but overall great stay!

We felt like we were in a tropical vacation!
