I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. We originally booked it for one night only, but due to changing family circumstances she had to add another night. She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. Thank you so much.

Very convenient for the station. Room clean and bright. Some of the woodwork and decoration looking a bit tired and worn but still clean. Aircon not brilliant but working. Being upgraded/replaced at the moment. Bedd very comfortable Breakfast good selection and well presented

Conveniently placed but the room was tired and grubby so only stayed one of the two nights that \i had paid for

Perfect budget hotel for a short stay.

Easy to find and parking at the hotel and nearby. Dog friendly. Staff very pleasant and offering breakfast without being pushy. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

No frills but close to centre and not expensive. Friendly helpful staff. Slept well in very comfortable bed and air conditioning worked well. Although shower room was very small (as were the towels!) it was a very good strong shower. We didn’t have breakfast & would suggest maybe having breakfast in a local cafe. We would use this hotel again.

It was exactly what you expect in an Ibis Budget. Clean, fine, tiny. Within walking distance of many closed stores as it was Easter Sunday. Good restaurants and bars nearby.

Check-in was easy, friendly and efficient. The room was basic but of a good size. The bathroom was tiny but had everything I needed. I would stay there again.

The hotel was clean, fairly modern and well maintained. It was disappointingly small, I mean very small. The staff were friendly and helpful. It states that it is a budget hotel, but these rooms are tiny and certainly much smaller than other ibis budget hotels I have stayed in other countries. The TVs was also very small, although it did function ok.

La première personne à l'accueil (tatouée, percée) à mon arrivée a été particulièrement désagréable. Après m'avoir ouvert, elle m'a ignoré pendant une bonne minute sans un mot (une minute et je suis a vous...) avant d'être contrainte de me demander ce que je voulais. Remise de la clef sans un mot ni un sourire. Dans la chambre, la télé hurle une fois allumée. Télécommande manifestement en panne. Je redescends lui en faire part. Réponse "que voulez-vous que j'y fasse, je ne répare pas les télécommandes"! Ma réponse :"moi non plus, mais vous pouvez la changer". Elle monte "vérifier " le fonctionnement, reçoit un appel et part sans un mot. Je sors acheter une bière. A mon retour, avec culot: "vous auriez pu me dire que vous sortiez" et me tend une autre télécommande. Dieu merci, changement de décor le lendemain avec une jeune femme extrêmement aimable pour le checkout, qui m'a proposé de garder ma valise, etc. De quoi vous reconcilier avec l'hôtellerie. Merci Madame.

L'hôtel IBIS budget : service tjs impeccable, en revanche les salles de bain auraient besoin d'un raffraîchissement (présence de moisissures...), le petit dejeuner à 17€ est hors de prix, il faut demander un séche cheveux à l'accueil, pas pratique. manque de l'espace bureau pour être confort et manque de la lumière au dessus espace bureau, les deux petits oreillers sont bien pour dormir mais pas pour lire assis dans lit, les lumières de chevet sont éblouissantes, l'accès à la chambre en étant chargée n'est pas pratique

La chambre était propre et confortable. Le personnel accueillant et très serviable. Une bonne adresse !

Bonjour j'ai rencontré un grand souci dans cet hôtel. J'ai réservé de nuit mais je n'ai passé aucune nuit là-bas. Donc j'ai demandé le remboursement des deux nuits j'ai réservé dans un autre hôtel Le problème que j'ai rencontré c'est que je suis sorti de ma chambre pour aller fumer une cigarette à l'extérieur et en remontant dans la chambre j'ai croisé la femme de l'accueil qui sortait de ma chambre en mon absence. Donc je fais mes affaires et je suis parti réservé dans un autre hôtel à côté qui s'appelle Appart'City Angoulême.
