Warm helpful welcome..Pleasant staff..Hotel was very clean..Basically furnished, as you would expect for the price.Breakfast next morning was very good, comprfensive selection of food and decent coffee. Recommended.

Clean, tidy no problems. Be aware the room are small so with 3 of us was a little tricky. We only stayed one night so no big issue. Great value and location for ferry.

Clean hotel, well situated and quiet

The Ibis hotel was located outside Cherbourg and the hotel was very secure. Check in was speedy and the rooms were spacious and very clean. It was quiet and warm and we enjoyed it very much. Def will return.

A convenient stopping off point to/from the cross-channel ferry. Has its own restaurant (Ibis next door), but also a Macdonald's within a stone's throw. Smiley staff, comfortable and secure.

Good location for getting around Normandy but I hadn’t realised it’s basically in an industrial estate. So it’s not the prettiest view from the windows. At the end of the day, it’s just a place to sleep, and it provides that perfectly

Used Ibis before and as a budget a good hotel, breakfast was limited more than other hotels but adequate although find a comfortable place to sit where you weren't constantly knocked by other guests was virtually impossible as it was very cramped

Budget hotel with basic rooms. This we knew about. We stayed just as a stop over before getting the ferry the next morning.

The hotel is clean and well staffed, it is easy to find with good parking, access to major roads in the area is good, the only disappointing point is the lack of a chair in the room, change the plastic box for something that is comfortable.

Ideal budget stop over-night whilst waiting for ferry. Rooms basic, small but adequate, good shower, secure parking. Good location out of city but only 15 mins from ferry port and Cite del la Mere. Huge supermarket 2 mins drive across the road, Macdonalds next door. We ate breakfast at the Ibis budget, good value and ample on offer. We ate in the Ibis next door in evening and good value, good food and 2 very helpful female staff who enabled us to understand menu.
