An excellent choice for people like me who prefers a quiet, not so crowded, luxury hotel. The room was large and well appointed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurants were outstanding. Will definitely come back again.

Nice to have rooms available whete tpu can open door to balcony, very quiet area even with door open. For those without children the lack of screaming and yelling was welcome peace. Staff very supportive and assisted getting ring mailed within Taiwan that was left behind.

Good hotel , had couple small issue when checked in at 2 am , everything else was excellent

We stayed at Grand Mayfull last Nov and liked it a lot so we come back again in March. However , we are disappointed this time . We were given a room which is smaller than last time ( although we booked same room type and according to Expedia, the room size should not vary) There is no view from our room . We can hear occasional car roaring ( i.e. parking lot noise across the street at night) so I would not consider the room is quiet.

This hotel is worth every dollar spent and then some! Excellent staff, beautiful rooms, top notch wellness facilities and easily accessible from airport. Highly recommend, especially for families.

An registered us in -he was so helpful, professional & kind Simon greeted us curbside- he also was amazing the hotel is exquisite- wonderful dinner @ Mipon please bill me for the slippers!!! I failed to stop by @7am upon my departure to pay for them thank you for everything- all my correspondences were so well recieved and promptly replied to TY again

This was a great experience. The room was clean and had a feeling of luxury. The fridge was stocked with refreshments and the room even had fresh fruit. The spa was fantastic. The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet were hard to leave behind after my stay. The staff was extremely helpful catching and directing taxis. Also, this hotel was the quietest hotel I have stayed in. It was busy, so I do not know if the guests are courteous or the walls were thick. The bed was softer than expected in Asia, so this was great as an American traveler. My wife and I slept so well. Compliments also to the cleaning staff. Great job making us feel cared for.

If you like a beautifully decorated luxury hotel with professional staff, this is it. The lobby at night is impressive. The room was clean, excellent breakfast and free minibar included. The restaurant, Mipon is Michelin rated. It is best if you have a car. Parking is available.

Amazing room and service. Wonderful beds and luxurious bedding, fabulous intelligent toilet with warm water bidet. The staff was very prompt and quick to fulfill our every request. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again
