Spotless and very friendly staff!!

Though rooms are small, they are comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff is kind and welcoming and it's convenient to have a snack bar and free parking available. Overall, we recommend this hotel as it worked out perfectly for our one night stay.

We are not French speakers and the people at the front desk were very understanding and helpful. They showed us how to get to lovely restaurants in the city centre.

It's a very small room, and small shower, it's clean and efficient but a bit small.

A good venue and quiet hotel. Restaurants are nearby and it is easy to travel into the centre of Pau.

We received a voice mail call asking us to confirm our arrival time. We tried to call back but went to answer phone. We tried another number for the hotel on our booking but this number could not be recognised. On arrival at the hotel neither our booking number nor our surname was recognised on the automated door entry. We then found another number for the hotel but this number went to answer phone. The hotel still took payment. Thankfully Expedia secured a refund. We did try to re book the hotel but the hotel refused English and Spanish debit and credit cards from three different people!!! At added expense we were lucky to book another hotel at such late notice for ourselves and seventy year old father just well enough to travel after illness!!!

Accueil au top, très sympathique. Hôtel très propre et les chambres sont très agréable.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont particulièrement propre. Le personnel est très agréable.

Le personnel nous a accueilli parfaitement, la chambre était dans un parfait état. Seul bémol, la taille de la chambre pour 4.
