Beachfront Beautiful Great staff Clean

Good location on beach and short walk to shops/restaurants Only stayed one night on route to southern Spain

Room was great clean and spacious with fridge Bottle of complimentary Cava was a lovely touch. Breakfast was perfect - great choice and could dine indoors or outdoors Staff though we great - so friendly and super english. The spa was nice too only the shower and changing rooms there were lacking in space and ventilation

The hotel is in a great location, our room overlooked the beach promenade. The staff were very friendly, the room was very comfortable with great facilities, such as a jacuzzi bath and a walk in wardrobe. The breakfast was very good with great choice.

Loved the hotel, the staff are very hard working, professional and friendly. We had a family room and it was huge with a double balcony, big bathroom with double basins (why does the shower not attach to the wall?? Had to shower sitting down in the bath). I would advise you take earplugs though, as we were not familiar with the town and it is awake all night, noisy cars, bikes and revellers will disturb you if you live somewhere quiet like us. We didn’t use the rooftop pool as we used the sun beds out front, the bar serving drinks and snacks was very convenient. The breakfast is very basic, they charge extra if you want other items such as freshly squeezed OJ or your egg fried instead of scrambled. The croissants were inexplicably tiny but very delicious. Beach towels are provided. We even managed a walk to the water park which the kids loved, about 20 minutes on foot.

The location is great, the hotel stands out of all hotel range on the first beach line. It’s in the center of everything.However with years it looks like the hotel doesn’t have the “owner” it becomes neglected in terms of cleanliness and keeping the property in shape. The bedsheets are nice, but they are not tucked in properly or are the wrong size, keep sliding off. There is a deficit of beach towels, it is either water shortage problem or the laundry management. Breakfast remains the same over the years, but it would be nice to have a choice of eggs (not just scrambled, but hard-boiled for instance). It would be great to replenish the toiletries every other day (or introduce bigger bottles).

We had a great day in the hotel. We found the staff to be really helpful and welcoming and we enjoyed it using the spa. Breakfast was great and the location is excellent.

Great location near the beach and shops. Good spa and breakfasts. The thing that can be improved - sound from the other rooms - I heard my neighbours conversations and even coughing. Overall it was nice!

Very enjoyable . Excellent value for money . The spa facilities were an added bonus . Staff were polite and professional . Would visit again .

Parking was not easy but the room was beautiful and large

After a long journey, it was so nice to be greeted with a welcoming staff. Jana, Hussane and team were so helpful, cheerful, and anxious to help us celebrate our anniversary. We book a suite and was the perfect setting for us overlooking the sea. The team was always available for any want. The dining staff manager Edwardo went over the top to make us feel welcomed and offering any amenities. The wait staff was very professional and helpful. Bar services were fantastic. Miranda was pleasant and always available for whatever we might need. As well as Erik, Niko, and Fatima. Maid service was phenomenal. We had full board, but I would recommend half board, since there are so many walkable shops, and restaurants. Great beachfront resort!

Spectacular location right on the Beach! Friendly staff,good food and a very nice room. Would stay here again!
