The apartment is tasteful decorated and furnished with good quality equipment. The kitchen area and equipment level is very good. Car parking came included, you park in a secure underground area which you need an electronic fob to access. The views from this 14th floor were great, yes there is a lift to get the 14th floor. Being situated on Calle Ibiza you are only two blocks from nightlife hub, I would estimate it’s abut 10mind the beach. You are probably a 15 min walk in to the Old Town. This is the Third Gemelos apartment we have stayed in, we will no doubt use them again!

Central accommodation, 3 minute walk to the strip but still quite. 5 minutebwalk to the old town.

This appartment was brilliant near enough the night life but 2 streets back so quiet on a night the appartment was large with full kitchen and washer did all my washing before i came home !!i had the pool to myself most days !!fantastic would definately stay here again i asked for lower floor and we got 3rd floor people complained bout key pick up but it was next door at the beninter office they emailed me code and it was in a box and coming home just dropped it in drop box !!not a problem at all

Staff were very patient and helpful when I needed them and leading up to the stay communication was excellent. As others have mentioned the apartment is a bit dated and well worn but it is clean and everything you will probably need is included. I only used one out of the 4 beds included, the one I used was firm which is how I like it but your milage may vary I did use a second pillow from a spare bed as I prefer two. The terrace is great I spent most of my time in the apartment there. A leaflet explaining there is a rubbish chute in the emergency stair well would be useful luckily I read in someone else's review so knew where to look but it's very easy to miss, recycling does need to be taken to street bins though. The location is great good entertainment and food close by.
