Customer service and cleanliness.

Clean, spacious rooms. Staff were friendly.

I can't think of anything to complain about. It was new, clean and comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast was good.

The facility was extremely clean and the staff was friendly. I stayed two nights and my only complaint is we had a barking dog both nights in the room next to ours. The owner of the dog informed me that after all it was a dog and was not at all apologetic as to his dog disturbing the quests. The front desk contacted the owner but didn't resolve the issue and they were apologetic. There needs to be some policy about guests with unruly pets.

Customer service. The people working are all extremely unfriendly and awful communication. They are not pet “friendly” at all

Overall a great place to stop and rest. Only real complaint is the pillows. Very lightweight and unsupportive. Two stacked weren’t great either. Other than that, no issues.

We weren’t planning on staying in Gillette but I developed a migraine and we needed a place to stay for the night! It was the perfect “wellness” stop! Check in was easy, room was clean and spacious, bed and linens were great and it was quiet!! My husband was able to find a good place for supper close by and we were ready to continue our travels the next morning headache free! Thank you!!

I waited about 5 minutes for someone to arrive at check-in. I was told there was no pool due to hole in ceiling. The elevators were really jerky and gave us vertigo.

The staff was great. Even the ladies cleaning the rooms were exceptional, very friendly and took a little time to talk with me. Will stay again for sure.

I loved everything. The property is clean, people are friendly and professional, laundry on site and breakfast is amazing!
