A comfortable, clean hotel with delicious food. The cheapest in its class, with a view of the glittering building at night. Everything is clean and pleasant.

This is our first time to stay in a Holiday Inn group hotel. We booked a standard room, thought the room would be small, but thank God, we were upgraded without extra charge and the room was spacious. The breakfast had Malaysian, Indian, and Western food options. The teh tarik was very good.

The hotel is close to everywhere, parking is also easy for those who bring a car, the truth is I rented so parking was easy.

The hotel area is very clean, the rooms are clean, you can get free breakfast, the rooms are a bit small, the hotel staff are very friendly.

the room is just enough not that big but also not too small.. a bit problem with wifi connection at first. The breakfast was tasty and quite vary.

The staff is friendly, the room is too small and there is no smoking area, and the food is limited and can't be refilled quickly. The dining area should be expanded because it's difficult to find a seat with lots of guests.

It says check-in time is 15.00, or you can check in at 14.00. For foreigners, there is a tax of RM 10 per room.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is perfectly placed near the city centre and the Pavilion KL, which makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. The accommodation was clean and comfy, and the whole ambiance was soothing. A particular thank you to Manoj, Hafiz, and Baljeet for the warm and cheerful welcome upon arrival, as well as the reservation team for their excellent support and assistance throughout my stay. location is the best walking distance to pavilion bukit bintang and to klcc check in they always let us check in early at 12 when room available but the minus is breakfast other then tea selection and fruits rest no good this is our 2nd and last stay probably as breakfast is always poor nasi lemak you see the santan (coconut milk everywhere), scramble egg is watery, omelette is not omellette , sound proof issue or we get neighbour who scream on the isle that we cant use the phone they said can whats app though best is muffin and boh tea selection (im not coffee drinker)

Awesome, even with traffic jams, but you can go for foods by walking distance to Bukit Bintang, etc. The location is the best.

Love the experience we had in this hotel. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Have frequented this hotel every time we went to KL as the location and staff made us feel very comfortable. My husband and daughter had to check out earlier, the staff made sure both of them had packed breakfast (this was very much appreciated by them). Hope to continue to stay here again in the future (12/9 & 15/9).

It is in good location near KLCC and bukit bintang. Plenty of shopping malls closed by.
