Enjoyed my stay here with my mom. Breakfast crew was great!

We really enjoyed our stay here. I only have two regrets. One that I didn’t book sooner for when we returned to Marrakech, because it was sold out. Second the weather wasn’t as warm as I hoped, when we stayed, I really wanted to go in the rooftop pool. Neither of those are the hotels fault so I give it 5 stars. The rooftop pool & bar was a great place to hang out after walking through the medina all day. The breakfast as well as dinner was very good. The rooms are nice and spacious and they upgraded us so we had a nice balcony as well. The staff was very nice and the fact that the hotel is outside the medina, but still walkable, was a bonus. I would recommend this place to any of my friends coming here and I will definitely book this hotel next time, before I even book my flight.

The hotel has some pleasant areas, such as the rooftop area. Staff were friendly and the room was clean, quiet and well laid out. Good location. However, service felt disorganised (emails going unanswered) and things felt quite tired, eg, leaking shower, bulbs missing, sockets not working.

The breakfast was great, and the staff did try to be helpful. But it took two phone calls to get the extra bed set up in the room and a further call to get the required number of towels. The bed wasn't all that comfortable and it was in a very noisy area of Marrakesh.

Lovely stay! Wish we could have stayed longer! Wonderful room service and a beautiful upgrade, thank you!

2Ciels exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and bathroom beautifully designed and spacious. We had 3 in the room and they came up to make the bed (couch turned futon) at1am, which was really comfortable. All beds were very comfortable. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us- and let us checkout very late since we had a late flight as well as easy check in when we arrived after midnight. The spa was fantastic and great priced. Loved our deep tissue massages- would do this again! The. Real fast was delicious and bar was open late for drinks and delicious late lunch before we departed. I would definitely stay again soon, I hope! Fantastic stay at great prices!

Overall good with large clean room , integrated Hamam, excellent breakfast and pleasant neighbourhood. Let down by inconsistent service levels.

Front desk girls are so efficient as is concierge and door staff….. and housekeeping ! Nice and quiet , big comfy bed and pillows , beautiful pool area . Nice neighborhood and taxi’s are very affordable so the city is easy to access !

All staff were very courteous and helpful , Fatima Is an excellent concierge ! Beautiful hotel , spacious and quiet rooms with large comfortable beds . Taxis are plentiful and affordable so the city is easy to access. World class market with the busy square having lots of touristy things and the surrounding streets full of incredible shops selling rare and historic goods . You can spend days !

I loved this hotel! They made all of our reservations at exclusive restaurants! The breakfast was awesome and the hotel is super cute and cozy! Would definitely return!

The property, front desk, spa, restaurant, and bell man were fabulous. Overall, it was a great place to stay. This is a one star review for only 1 reason. If you are in room 219- beware. The patio door does not lock! I reported 3 times, including once to the manager. I took video of my attempts trying to lock it. The lock does not engage. This is a private patio, and the chances of someone climbing up are minimal. However, as a solo female traveler, it is disheartening that my request was not taken seriously or I was offered to switch rooms. Each time the desk said a technician would be sent, but nothing changed. The patio door still did not lock when I checked out.

Front desk was polite and cordial but the true hospitality came from the servers and bartenders. Hotel was nice and clean. Food was ok but drinks were good.

This was my final night in Morocco and I’d stayed in varied accommodation over the week on a group tour and had decided to upgrade for the final night. This was a nice enough room but not worth the significant additional money compared to the other places I’d stayed. The bed was comfy and the shower was good but it was very loud at night. The eggs at breakfast were bland although the coffee was good. I also ordered room service, they originally got the wrong order, it then took over half an hour to get the right thing which tasted off. Fine for one night but I was glad I used vouchers and didn’t stay longer.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean, nice rooms and comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, rooftop bar, onsite restaurant, onsite spa and finally great location (walkable to Medina). Highly recommend this boutique luxury hotel.
