The room was well worn but workable. It’s small as one would expect in Saint Germain. I did receive the wine but I don’t drink so it had no value for me.

Very convenient to metro and food and shopping plus walking to major and minor attractions. This area is a nice mix of Parisians and tourists. The staff was amazing and the room was quiet and clean. The street is a quiet one for this area. There is an elevator and the room has a/c. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect! We stayed for 4 nights . Staff was amazing and the guy at breakfast was very attentive. The bathroom was very nice. The rooms are small but perfectly designed to maximum the space so it doesn’t feel cramped. The only downside was we at room 11 on first floor and it was on the street side where all the restaurants are. So it was extremely noisy in that you can even hear conversations. Some nights it went on until 1am. Also there was no perks for VIP hotel. I mentioned to the reception when checking no but he didn’t understand what that was. Overall, it was a great and central hotel. Would stay again but a room not on street side!

In a great area with lots of shopping and dining options. Close to all the important must sees of Paris. Metro will take you to other major sites such as Montmatre.

Super great spot in the middle of it all. We had the ground floor room with a little courtyard, which was convenient but felt a little bit closed in — would rec a higher floor for more light but was very clean, accessible and the room was surprisingly soundproof.

For a property that states it was made noise proof, I don’t understand why the TV volume cannot be raised over 30. Oh. Maybe that’s why it’s noise proof! We could BARELY hear it and this was very annoying for us. When we asked, we were basically given a shrug of the shoulders and said there was nothing that could be done. Also, the A/C was apparently operated by the front desk. NOT GOOD and NOT COMFORTABLE for people who need it cool at night to sleep. I understand the desire to be eco-friendly, but holding back a needed amenity is a bit overly controlling. Other than that, the room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable (thank God) but supplies like tissues were not replenished. We ran out and they were not refilled (but we didn’t ask, either). All sorts of modern inconveniences add up to a BIG inconvenience for the price we paid.

First the good-The staff is helpful and friendly. It is very convenient to lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars. The neighborhood is busy and fun Now the bad- Everything about the hotel is bare-bones, from the coffee machine in the lobby, to the entrance, the furniture ect. Our room was extremely small, which we expected, but the lack of shelving and night stand space made it feel even smaller.

A great location in a beautiful part of the city. The area is crowded but this hotel is off a fairly quiet street. The rooms were a nice size and the beds comfortable. Nice shower. I would go back.

Extremely small room — the only place I could open the suitcase and lay flat was under the bed. Also, the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Friendly service. Good location.

Probably one of the smallest rooms I’ve been in but clean. Bed was comfortable and bathroom and towels were excellent. Just hard on room with 2 large suitcases.
