Quiet, excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Great staff, cats, gardens, swimming pool , short walk to sanctuary and views. Enjoyed!

Lovely, quiet hotel. Staff were superb, friendly and could not do enough to help. Rooms are modern and extremely clean.The town is only a 3 minute drive with lots of restaurant options. The hotel does an amazing breakfast. The Expedia highlight is that you can walk to the town from the hotel - this is not something the hotel staff recommended, especially after an evening meal, as there is no pavement or street lighting. The hotel doesn’t have an evening bar, but this didnt bother us. We had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, very well maintained and clean. Breakfast great and location super quiet. Very small but nice room, the system to regulate the air conditioning would need to be renewed/adjusted but for the excellent, the shower fantastic. The staff is extremely kind and always helpful

The room was nice and new but extremely small — especially considering how large the facility was. The parking area is far from the rooms and a staff member has to take you there on a golf cart. When we arrived on a very hot afternoon no one was at check in and we had to wander around for 20 minutes looking for someone to check us in. There is a beautiful outdoor restaurant but the food was mediocre. The AC in the room is on a timer so it stopped in the middle of the night and the room got hot. Also our room location did not have very good WiFi connection.

A fabulous little gem of a resort in the hinterlands of the Santa Maria di Leuce area. We were so happy to find this gem & be treated to an amazing night in this resort- the restaurant & food were exceptional! Highly recommended.

This is a well-run, friendly, nicely constructed "village-style" property not far from Santa Maria De Leuca. The architecture is reminiscent of the area (pseudo-trulli style). The staff is capable of speaking multiple languages, by their estimate, and many spoke English quite well though I would have been happy if they let me struggle with my less than proficient Italian. The rooms are very nicely done. They deserve an "excellent" status for their comfort, design, and function. Also, the availability of international TV and good internet are big pluses. I have only one "gripe" with this property. they purposely photographed the pool with a wide-angle lens to "fool" customers to think it's a large pool. I lap swim so i thought I'd be able to there. However, it's a small pool, about 30 feet long or so. Lap swimmers will be disappointed as I was since it was the primary reason I selected this option. However, I wouldn't want their deliberately misleading photography lead the reader to believe this is not a good property. It is and the breakfasts are super-well organized with plenty of variety. My adivise: don't mislead people. It makes them upset and, sometimes, angry. I'm not. It's not the first time I've experienced deliberate misleading photography.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay. Stop. Stay here. I've been to over 26 countries and all over Italy 3 times over, and this was by far one of the best places Ive ever stayed. The hotel staff go above and beyond ( helped me with my bags on their golf cart, gave me my own wifi router so it was strong enough for my work, booked my PCR test etc) The rooms are large, relaxing and nicely designed. The property is beautiful! The infinity pool overlooking the olive orchards , the sun sets right on the pool. The restaurant breakfast was incredible and plentiful. They had the cutest family of cats living on the property (mom,dad & kittens) oh so cute. I could go on forever and ever. But just take my word for it, and stay here. I will be back again!!

The hotel and people were fantastic. The problem was finding the hotel. They need more signs in the surrounding streets showing how to get to the hotel. Neither google maps or a gps in the car recognize the address which makes it difficult to find. People at the hotel just fantastic.

Great all the way around from start to finish.Beautifully done. Great attention to detail. Peaceful and relaxing. Rooms a bit on the small side. Breakfast and dinner at the onsite restaurant was excellent.

We enjoyed 5 days at the hotel and had a car so it was easy to get out to different places in the day and different restaurants at night. Very relaxing time, we had two lovely large rooms with super air-conditioning. Bathroom facilities like new. Fabulous little patio area right outside our doors with table, chairs and a drying rack for towels. Outside bar area was pleasant to sit in and read out of the sun, loungers and towels by the pool were great. Pool was far smaller than expected unfortunately so not much swimming - 5 strokes and you are at the other end. Also very shallow all the way across. The restaurant was lovely - we tried it the first night as we arrived quite late. Very little choice but for a small hotel that is to be expected. Food was delicious as was the breakfast every day. We were hoping to cycle and kayak and be a bit sporty but the hotel could only offer 3 bikes (we're a family of four) and other than pricey all day boat trips there was little else in the nearby town. We went in July and the beaches were overcrowded. Literally no sand to be seen for people. However, if you want a relaxing base that is close to a local town, beaches and a reasonable drive to places like Lecce and Gallipoli this hotel is great.

Rustic chic with quiet, well equipped rooms. Very nice pool. A good base to explore Santa Maria de Leuca- take advantage of the bikes the hotel offers, best way to get around the city and beaches.
