Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Breakfast was good and good choice of food.

Far from the centre, small rooms but it is expected due to the budget nature.

Stay there just few hours for let’s say a pit stop, but good enough also for that.

Chambéry is a cute little town and this hotel was great for a quick stay. Parking is easy and the breakfast was nice. Very good deal for people who need a cheap reliable option. The bunk bed is great for families.

Staff were friendly and that is where the positives end. The room was in poor condition and hadn't been cleaned properly. Budget it maybe but that is no excuse for the half painted walls, broken blinds and dirt. Breakfast was adequate but arrive early because items were not replenished. Alot of road noise and that was on a Sunday morning. Way overpriced for the room and location.

I did not end up staying there as the room I booked was not available. I ended up sleeping in my car because I was not allocated a new hotel.

Bad choice as nothong around except a french restaurant with an exceptionally rude owner. Hotel staff were friendly though. The rest, well Ibis budget so guess you get what you pay for

Lovely warm welcome. Regular looking room for Ibis Budget, which is nice to have familiarity along with the mountain views. Plenty of parking. Not far to walk into town. Did not stay for breakfast as left very early. Only negative was the tiny bathroom, but I was alone so no big deal. Would happily stay there again.

Arrived Sunday night for an en route night. Good value for money but no restaurants within 2 miles so had to drive out to find one. One member of staff did everything which is usual at this type of hotel. Rooms absolutely tiny and kept banging elbow in the bathroom. Overall though would use again for a quick splash and dash!

Stayed for one night here on a short break. The room was fairly simple but clean, all you would expect for the price, and the location wasn't too far from town. The receptionist was very helpful on my arrival; although my booking told me that there was 24hr check-in, I arrived around eleven and was told check-in wasn't normally until twelve. But he gave me a coffee whilst he went to see if the room was ready, (which it was), so there was no problem. Would stay here again

Decent accommodation at a low price. Free parking a plus as well.

This was an overnight stay on route to the Alps, room was compact and clean, location was good as only a 5 min walk into the centre of town. Would definitely stay again.

Staff very welcoming to dogs and the room was spacious to easily fit her bed and cage. This was our main concern with new puppy and it was great.

The staff is so i sweet and helpful! The room was excellent, clean with loads of space. 10 min walk to the old beautiful town.
