This hotel make my trip its feel perfect, ivy (front desk staff) let me early chek in and gave me late chek out. Hey, this is the perfect service. For service ini give you five star. But I think for the building is rebranding and old. Service make it perfect.

Khách sạn ghi là có chỗ đậu xe oto, nhưng khi đến lại không đủ chỗ để, mình đã gọi báo khách sạn trước đó nhiều ngày là ngày hôm đó mình ở, có đi xe oto, bạn Hiền lễ tân đã check và ok, sau đó khi mình đến ở mình cũng gọi trước 30p cho bạn Uyên là mình có ôtô nên khi đến đậu được, nhưng buổi tối nhà mình đi ăn về thì lại không có chỗ đậu nữa. Mình hỏi thì nói có khách khác đậu ròi. Mình nói mình đã báo trước mình có đi ôtô và bên khách sạn ok, vậy sao giờ lại cho người khác để và bắt nhà mình đi chỗ khác để, lễ tân bên khách sạn (tức quá quên hỏi tên) lại nói anh chị đậu thì đậu luôn chạy ra chạy vô thì phải để cho khách khác. Nhà mình đến Saigon đi đây đi đó chứ không phải để chỉ nằm ở khách sạn hay muốn đi đâu đó phải gọi taxi đi còn để xe đó nằm giữ chỗ. Thật quá vô lý. Phải tranh cãi 1 lúc lễ tân mới sắp xếp cho gửi bên hầm ở toà nhà kế bên. Mình đã chọn khách sạn có chỗ đậu xe, cũng đã dặn dò trước để gia đình được ở thuận lợi nhưng khách sạn làm vậy khiến mình khó xử với gia đình. Trải nghiệm không tốt. Còn phòng thì nhỏ, toilet không thoát hơi, mùi rất rất hôi.
