Advertised as having a restaurant, not so. After having a long day on the road we booked this hotel expecting to be able to eat. In addition the evening member of staff was not helpful and quite surly. Location not good next to a lorry park in the middle of a junction , do not believe the photos. However the morning staff were helpful and friendly.

I booked this particular hotel because it was advertised that French, English, and Spanish were spoken. Not a word of English was spoken by any of the staff.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and excellent staff. Nice park with walking paths nearby.

Check in was fast and friendly. The room was clean but there was only decaffeinated coffee available. This hotel served our purpose for a obe night stay. I'd say it's mainly for business travellers as the location is off a very busy road in an industrial area. Recommended for business stays but definitely not a holiday hotel.

Reception staff member was very helpful, I arrived late and they provided useful local information on restaurants. Room was clean and tidy - tea / coffee was very welcome after a long drive.

This hotel was exactly as advertised. It is much better than the average motorway stop with regards to comfort, really comfy bed and an excellent shower. Seamless check-in and pleasant staff. We did not eat here, but walked to the nearest eatery which was an American style diner which was fine but there were not great footpaths etc in the immediate area. We were too tired to get into the car again and so missed out on the local town. I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable stop.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean,would benefit from a proper bar as the area is pretty limited,in my opinion the best place is the transport cafe next door.

Lovely spotlessly clean and well managed Hotel

Like it's name, comfortable. The heater was a bit odd. Not hard to figure out exactly; it had clear instructions in several languages. But after turning it on and the temp up, it didn't do anything, so I kèpt fiddling with it. But then I thought maybe the fan doesn't start blowing until it has heated itself up for a few minutes, so I waited. That was it. That was really the only flaw to the room, and it was just confusing because I didn't have this review to explain it. So you're welcome. :)

Bien que situé proche du péage d’autoroute et d’une route très passante, la chambre est calme car bien insonorisée. Très bonnes prestations pour le petit déjeuner.

L’hôtel est propre, calme, personnel agréable. Mis à part un problème d’évacuation de la douche désagréable, le séjour était très bien.

Douche bouchée, lampe principale de la chambre en fin de vie (Clignote) , lit mal fait (Bordage trop court du drap du dessous), le PQ (Fallait pas être mal avec ce qui restait) et la meilleur, une odeur chimique persistante (Yeux et nez irrité le lendemain matin). A 99€ la nuit, je vous laisse juge.

Hôtel pratique au passage d'Agen pour se reposer et repartir excellent service.

Une étape sur un long trajet dans une zone proche de l'autoroute. Restaurant accessible pas loin en voiture. Une pancarte pour l'accès au quartier de l'hotel dans la zone serait utile.

Déco des années 70 du marron partout rideaux mobilier ; de la moquette au sol ;pas de lumière pour lire au lit ;une horrible tapisserie au dessus du lit style matelas de tapissier Donc confort visuel désastreux

Un super accueil, un personnel aux petits soins pour les clients et même si il n’y a pas de restaurant, tout est prévu pour pouvoir dîner avec un excellent food-trucks.
