The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean. Full of amenities around: convenience store, pharmacy, laundry, restaurant. Grandma's kitchen. Room quality is quite good.

Food is not diverse, 99% of the food is the same for 2 days, the room is sloppy and dirty, the location to the beach is a bit far, the dining room is hot and only the fan can be turned on.

Nice hotel to stay very quiet and warm environment. The rooftop pool was good but the breakfast options were very limited. The location is very good as it has a lot of food, spa and coffee options available around the hotel and near to the beach.

Room is clean, nice small, coffee tea, 2 bottles of free water every day. The swimming pool is very nice, the swimming line is much longer than other hotels of the same scale. Buffet breakfast delicious, many dishes. Food is continuous. The receptionist and the security staff were very enthusiastic, happy, welcoming, always saw them smiling, and very thoughtful. The hotel is near the sea, walking about 500m to My Khe beach.

The staff are very friendly, attentive to the guests, very sympathetic. My room is a little small but it is enough for me. The swimming pool on the roof is great. Food is fine. It would be great if you change the cooler to a refrigerator. Overall the hotel is very good in price range.

The broken laundry worker loses 2 of his family's white shirts. Reflecting, it was said that my shirt was stained from the beginning. In the meantime my shirt just bought. Breakfast does not change 4 days of old dishes
