The bathroom had hairs on the floor. The staff is very nice

It is a good hotel. only they can improve with customer service. In helping the customers accommodations to the airport. They should not charge twice for one ride.

Clean room, free breakfast was a nice touch

When checking in, AA site would require payment to select seats that are usually not desirable.

Everything was great except our rooms walls were so thin we could hear a family either next door or above us so clearly as if they were in the same room. I would have given 5 stars if not for that.
