Feel unpleased. I book villa is a family room but when I arrived at the hotel, the hotel owner called me out of the family room for me 2 separate rooms. I called for my family to stay in a separate place, so I accepted it in a single room. When I came back, I asked the villa owner to send me back the money because I stayed in a single room, the villa owner complained because I agreed not to take 2 single rooms, so I did not return the money, while measuring the single room had more than 600k / day. Family room to 1.2tr / day. Drinking water is not free of charge. Breakfast has 2 opla and pho noodles. In the morning when I had a small bath in the pool, I would call the other side to bathe people for breakfast while the other side of the water was too deep for the adults, I would not dare to bathe for children. Service attitude is too poor, I will never visit villa osaka twice. Too bad
