Great parking lot.

Was a convinient location.

The property seems renovated, clean and fresh. Complementary breakfast was very good, with variety every morning. I really enjoyed the pool area with the fireplace as well as the barbecue patio with the lake view. It’s really a nice place to stay in the area. Did not like the bed though, the mattress is hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel is so clean, the rooms have very nice, comfy beds, and the breakfast is delicious. It's perfect because it's close to UCF when we visit our son.

The staff the evening of 6/29 was not friendly. The front desk staff on the night of 6/30 was very kind and definitely turned around my opinion of the facility. Kudos to him!!

The hotel is conveniently close to UCF. Lots of dining options in the area. A generous complimentary breakfast and easy check in/out. The bed was uncomfortably firm but we’ve stayed at this Fairfield twice and it’s nice and quiet.

Comfortable bed, shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Kind employees and decent breakfast.

Hotel location, cleanliness, comfort and staff were great. The fact that the A/C was malfunctioning made us uncomfortable since we needed to be moved to another room. Breakfast was the worst i ever had in my life. Not only it was cold (eggs, potatoes, sausages, etc) it was bad and terrible quality. Not worth the price charged for Breakfast.

The hotel seemed really new and was impeccably clean. I really liked the way. The little kitchen area was set up with the microwave and the coffee area and the refrigerator all in one small spot. Very nice! Super comfortable bed and sheets.

The check in desk clerk was super friendly and efficient. Room appeared to be clean, but upon further inspection the bedside table was sticky and there were dirty handprints on bathroom walls and doors. On the positive side, the carpet seemed fairly new, the bed was comfortable, sheets were crisp and clean, and the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature! The evening desk clerk had some unsanitary habits. He was eating while on duty and proceeded to lick his fingers and pick at his teeth. He also appeared to have a sinus infection and was rubbing and blowing his nose. The complimentary breakfast had the usual fare and was well stocked. The area was clean and the woman staffing the area was efficient and very pleasant. The location was extremely convenient for my purposes.
