Pet fee not addressed in my final fee with the total cost and the hot tub was loose cement floating and nasty floating hair in the tub. I am extremely upset at this. Have stayed at over 100 hotels in my life and this by far was the worse.

The room was fantastic. The hot tub was great. Breakfast was super!

The kind Woman at the front desk. She was very polite and patient. Very pleasant attitude and professionalism.

We didn't spend much time at the hotel outside of sleeping and breakfast but the room was very nice and clean and spacious. As for breakfast, there were some basics but not a very big spread.

Overall was good. Somehow got locked out of our room and the woman working the night shift downstairs was annoyed when I asked for help because she had to get up and put her shoes back on.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and updated. Me and my friend were visiting the city for a concert. The hotel was within walking distance of good restaurants, the staff was friendly checking in and out. I’ll be definitely staying here each time I come to Detroit.

The room was tired. The food was marginal. There was no real closet to hang good clothes. It was OK.

Me and my family came here to enjoy the swimming pool to find out after we got in. It was saturated with chemicals and it burned their eyes.

Great size suites. Comfortable beds. Plenty of supplies for kitchen.

The staff at the desk at Townplace are absolutely phenomenal and the nicest people I’ve come across in the hotel industry and I’ve traveled a ton. We stayed here this week based 99% on the staff after staying there the week before. We will absolutely stay here anytime we are in Detroit area!!!
