The apartment wasn't well cleaned and there were many details that were problematic. There was mold all throughout the bathroom that was easily cleaned off the tiles but they didn't bother. One of the mattresses was almost unusable. There was room for 6 adults but only one set of keys offered for everyone. The place needs a makeover. The staff were kind but that didn't overshadow the poor space. The main access door was never shut to secure the building. And upon arrival we were charged an extra 60 euro for a cleaning fee. We had no one come in the place for the 4 nights we stayed and the place was barely clean when we got it. The 60 extra euro was quite insulting. There was no soap in the bathroom, no soap for dishes, and we bought extra toilet paper as there was little. The toilet leaked at the base. There was only one mirror in the whole space above the sink in the bathroom. The furniture was stain and dirty. The location is great but ask questions before you book.

The location of this apartment is pretty great. It is a 5 minute walk away from many restaurants and bars. It's 15 minutes to walk into the center of downtown. The only reason I would give this a 4.5 out of 5 is that it can be very loud late at night thanks to those close bars. If you can close your windows it's not bad but that can get toasty. There is an excellent cafe directly across the street that made the best coffee. Very clean and very friendly service.

My husband and I stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with our two 9 year old daughters. For a family, this apartment is nice and spacious and a good place to feel like you are living like a local. The apartment is charming with older hardwoods and brightly colored walls. I liked that our master bedroom had its own little balcony and the dining room was off the kitchen in the back with good natural lighting. For the price, this apartment is valued fairly. If you are looking for something more luxurious, this would not be the place as it has just your basic home needs. You are allotted a towel for each person but other than that, no toiletries or basic items in the kitchen like salt/pepper, sugar, hand towels, etc. The gentlemen that work in the office are very helpful and I am sure would have provided more towels if asked. The apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine. To dry clothes, we bought clothes pins and dried them on the clothes line outside the window. Just overall, be aware that extra amenities are not included like you would have in a hotel or a higher quality condo/apartment. However, this apartment was perfect for our family and provided what we needed which was a place to have family dinners and a place to rest between seeing all the wonderful things Portugal has to offer. I would stay again with my family.....with just my husband and I...well, I would pay extra and get something nicer. Overall, we were pleased with the apartment.

Limpieza nula, sin toallas ni papel higiénico, una escalera muy incómoda tres pisos,y una atención nula en todo momento. Le dijimos que la tele no funciona y la contestación fue, ustedes vienes de viaje no a ver la tele,en fin nos fuimos a los 4 días cuando terminó nuestra estancia y seguía sin aparecer nadie

no check-in cobraram alem do valor da reserva o valor de taxas turísticas e de limpeza, coisa que nunca me aconteceu em outras estadias, nao havia limpeza diária, o esquentador só funcionava com o exaustor desligado, pratos todos esboçados, falta de pressão na agua, televisão com cabo de antena desengatado, nos quartos tinha candeeiros e num tinha tomadas para ligar ,,,, janelas que nao fechavam, a minha pior estadia de sempre nao aconselho nem recomendo.... ,

Excelente atendimento. Ao lado do apartamento fica o escritório onde os administradores fazem tudo para tornar a estadia mais confortável, o Miguel foi solicito e muito simpático. O prédio é muito antigo e a escada é íngrime, o apartamento necessita de manutenção, pintura das paredes descascando e os banheiros inundam. O bairro é tranquilo, com muitas ladeiras e um pouco afastado das principais atrações. Não recomendo para os que têm dificuldade de locomoção.

esperienza molto positiva oltre che Lisbona è molto bella anche il soggiorno è stato piacevole, il signor Miguel disponibilissimo e sempre pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste gli appartamenti stanno in un edificio vecchio però sono attrezzati molto bene e in ottime condizioni per chi non è troppo esigente sono ottimi

Sehr schön gelegen in der Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt in der Strasse, kleine Parks und Verkaufsstände in der Nähe, vieles fußläufig erreichbar.

Bela escolha para famílias, dado que dispõe de 3 quartos com camas grandes, sala de estar e sala de refeições, conseguindo poupar bastante.

No se corresponde con las fotos. Apartamentos muy viejos y con mal olor. El suelo se hunde al caminar por él. Sólo tienen dos radiadores para todo el apartamento. El baño muy viejo y también con mal olor. Y no existe el balcón que dicen tener. Y para colmo decidimos no quedarnos y lo hablamos con el encargado, el cual nos dijo que nos podíamos ir sin tener que abonar los 300€ que faltaban, pero cual fue nuestra sorpresa que cobraron toda la estancia.
