We had a great stay, good room with comfy bed and pillows. It is an open shower with no door or curtain, so the floor/bath mat outside the shower gets soaked, no matter how careful you are. The garage is very tight to get in and out, and the slope doesn't help but if you can't find free parking close by, it is a safe option at €10 per night. The staff are friendly and helpful. The city centre is an easy, pleasant 15 min walk. There is also an excellent restaurant at the marina, across from the hotel.

It’s been actually pretty bad. I’ve been stuck in the elevator which was scary as the call for help button and speaker didn’t work. It was only a man shouting on the other side trying to get in who alerted a staff member when I called for help. The man eventually came through the speaker giving instructions in French, not very helpful, and then didn’t alert me to when the lift would start again. The tv has no English channels and the internet drops out every 20 seconds, so you can’t watch anything on your phone screen either. It didn’t connect well even on the first floor in the gym either (my room was on the 5th). I discovered after getting out of the lift and telling the male receptionist (who didn’t seem to care) that there was also no food as it’s a Sunday, and only a small overpriced supermarket might be available. Lunch and dinner was a large bag of crisps. Not even a sandwich provided to guests, when they presumably know things are closed on a Sunday. Unfortunately I was unaware until it’s too late. I would certainly want a refund for getting stuck in the lift. The room was clean.

I’d requested a room with 2 single beds for a father and son in our group. The hotel reserved a double bed. Their solution was to suggest charging us extra for a room with 2 beds. Despite a long negotiation, the receptionist insisted it would be an extra Euro50. No flexibility shown.

Nice modern room. Very clean. Good to have fridge and kettle. Walkable from port and sightly longer walk to airport bus. Takes around 20 minutes to walk to old town.

10 minute walk to old Bastia, hotel staff very helpful with suggestions, clean rooms and 3 minutes to coffe and croissants.

Close to port and old town

This hotel is directly across the street from the port so it is very convenient but of course there is a port across the street. It was clean and checkin was easy.

Only spent one night at this hotel but have only great things to stay about it. Front desk staff was able to check us in a little early. The rooftop pool is clean and a nice to have on a hot day. Lots to do in walking distance, restaurants, shops, sight seeing etc. Rooms were clean and the hotel restaurant has friendly staff and well priced meals.

Liked the rooftop pool, although it is small. Inconvenient that snack bar doesn't open until later afternoon.

I was good

We stayed just one night after flying in from Paris. This hotel has comfortable beds, a nice balcony, kind service, great rooftop view with a delicious breakfast. We left our bags durning the day as we explored the city before heading to Calvi in the late afternoon. I would stay here again for sure.

The hotel's parking is only suitable for tiny city cars, free parking in the marina across the road.

all staff was helpful! Clean! I didn't like the location, it's nearby the ferry terminal, 8 min walk to the city center. If you don't like noise, make sure your windows are mountain faced.
