The staff were very friendly, they spoke English very well. The breakfast was good and plenty choices, and for the ones that are driving like us, the parking is free. Plenty of local restaurants and the drive to the Old City Center is an easy drive.

Lovely hotel with very nice pool area. The room we had was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool. All the staff were super friendly. Plenty of decent sized parking spaces. Breakfast was superb. Great location only a short walk to the nearest beach. It’s a distance from the old town, however, walking the most direct route took about 45 minutes, or less than an hour via the scenic sea front.

I like the location. For the price it was perfect to go on day excursións like Plitvice Lakes National Parks and Zadar Old Town then return to the hotel. Hotel room was clean and comfortable bed. My bathroom was small and too tight space if or when sharing with someone but my friends room had a larger bathroom. I recommend the larger bathroom for two guests. I enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. I enjoyed talking to other guests in the lobby, lounge, and dining areas. The hotel and restaurant staff were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable of the local attractions and restaurants. I would like to say thanks to Marianne, Bo, Ivana, and Daniel.

Breakfast was great. Location is what we hoped for. Away from the congestion from Old Town but only a 30 or so minutes or ~4 Euros. Room was comfortable and AC worked great.

Great place. Clean, new. The owners Daniel and Marina make you feel at home. We were offered a drink and they made sure you know the details of the city. The restaurant food was unique. Every home made with good taste that you can savory the quality of the olive oil and the ingredients of the meal. The best food in our trip in Croatia

The hotel staff is extremely friendly, but we found the rooms a bit outdated. Also, we were on the street side, and traffic is very noisy, even with the windows closed. Parking and pool (which we did not use) are very convenient

The Hotel Mediteran was a great find! It was clean, had a very comfortable bed, quiet. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, and best of all they had delicious filtered coffee. A real treat!

This was listed as an ocean view room. We could see a bit of the ocean, but I didn’t realize it was 15 min away from the old city and the ocean. Overall, I’m glad we stayed here because it was a very nice hotel. Probably much nicer than the ones closer to the old city. There isn’t really a beach in Zadar, or many hotels that are close to the ocean. The staff was really nice, the breakfast was really good and the room was beautiful.

Overnight stay with partner in September. Rooms are large and bright and all was spotlessly clean. September is perhaps not high season in Zadar, but still there were a few customers at the hotel and we still had a very quiet sleep. We didn't file any particular request but felt the staff was friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast with good variety. Sadly, the machine to prepare coffee was dated and the taste of our coffee left quite a bit to be desired. I'd say that's the only serious bit where this hotel lets itself down. Location also isn't too central, but Zadar offers many means of transport to get close to the old town, plus there are a few restaurants in the area (the hotel also has its own) and a convenience store right opposite the hotel. We had our own car which could accommodate in Mediteran's parking area. Overall, we'd recommend the hotel.
