Process was easy, venue clean and comfortable. Staff all very helpful and friendly , nothing too much trouble.. water pressure was not good in the kitchenette and water not hot. Also for future reference, bathroom deign awful, no space water goes everywhere from shower, a( drainage not Good) Sliding doors would be more suitable. Instead of having to squeeze in round doors opening inwards. We

Yes, the rooms were good and spotless. However the staff missed out on room service for which they compensated with waiving off the parking charges.

The greeting from the lady at check in was lovely & she explained everything clearly. The room was a connecting room & we could hear a lot of talking from next door, soundproofing was not great. The bed in our room was not very comfortable, it was a king bed but one side had a dip in it, could use a new mattress. The kitchen had a 2 burner cooktop, bar fridge & enough utensils for cooking. The bathroom was a bit tired but ok for us as it was just an overnight stay.

Room spacious and clean, small changes needed and handled well by staff. Will be back

Perfect location for us, clean and tidy rooms and very comfortable bedding.

Room was ok, clean and all necessary amenities, did smell a little musty. However, there was no hot water in the room and we were unable to speak to reception as it was closed. Wifi was provided but we were unable to log on.

lovely staff, very helpful, good sized room, very clean, good food at the restaurant, lovely wait staff and chefs, great location for our purpose , walking distance to a shopping centre and bus stops up to Quest standards , we enjoyed our short stay

Very convenient and close to Norwest Private Hospital. Safe and easy to walk there.

Housekeeping needs to improve only two towels where kept and not refreshed for 3 nights garbage was not taken out despite calling front desk and asking for room cleaning also the tv was not working

Breakfast wasn't that great. Room needs a good spring clean but communication waa great parking was easy and staff very friendly
