Friendly, welcoming staff. Booked an accessible room as it was the only one available at this time of night. Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately it was noisy due to being near reception, lift and breakfast room.

The overall standard and quality of the room far exceeded what I expected for the price I paid for the night, excellent is the best way to describe it.

Wifi was not working, really inconvenient for working!

Very comfortable stay in a clean hotel with good facilities and parking. Helpful receptionist. Reasonable price The location is a bit off the track for easy touring and I could not get an omelete at breakfast! But apart from that, nothing negative to say. Would stay at this B&B again.

The receptionist tried to charge us the full price for the room and breakfast until we showed him the booking conformation. It would have been useful to have instructions for the air conditioning unit, so we could set it to heat the room. We found instructions on-line showing where the "hidden" buttons were on the remote. The hotel location is good with a few restaurants locally. The "Poivre Rouge" restaurant located about 100m away, gives a 10% discount to people staying at the B&B hotel. The hotel did not tell us about this! Apart from the minor issues above, we would stay at this or another B&B hotel again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Pulled up to the B&B and there was a man selling drugs right outside the property... The area is run down and looked like a very bad part of town.

Accommodation was good, breakfast was a let down as the bread was burned, staff not replacing some food as other guests had used, was more interested in talking with other staff than his guests.

The hotel itself suited our needs for a one night stay. We were welcome by the receptionist who was also able to help when we needed a pharmacy. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of cereals, yogurts, pastries and also bacon and egg. There is a supermarket close by and a number of places to eat, so you don’t have to go searching for restaurants after a long journey. The one thing you must do if using a sat nav to find this hotel is to put Louvroil as the town NOT Maubeuge. You would not want to stay on Rue de l’Esperance in Maubeuge !!!

Chambre pas trop bien insonorisée

Sur la réservation internet nous n'avons pas pu choisir une chambre séparée, cela a été rectifié sur place le lendemain de notre arrivée. Nous avons réservé en période de grosse chaleur malheureusement la clim n'a pas fonctionné une nuit mais cela a été de suite rectifié par le personnel. De plus l'hôtel était bondé du fait du week-end de pentecôte. Sinon chambre au top.
