Colin and Lisa make you feel right at home. The room had a comfortable bed and large bathroom and was very clean.

The stairs inside were a little difficult and outside from the street were quite steep.

Really enjoyed staying here. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a cozy home type of feel. The owners are very nice and very helpful. The location is a very good place in town and the owners helped us with recommendations for places to visit and where to eat.

Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, centrally located for all the Kelso sights, bars and restaurants. Good value for money. Overall a great stay.

Great location, handy for shops and restaurants and also handy for cycling the 4 abbeys way and/or walking part of the St Cuthberts Way or nearby Pennine Way. Room and Hotel in general was very clean and the proprietors were very welcoming and helpful. WE would stay here again.

Nice little guest house, clean and welcoming. Breakfast was freshly cooked and they had a nice selection. I would return when in the area again.

Unfortunately the pub next door had live music until 1am and constant passing customers which kept us awake until 1am. Apart from that the b&b is very clean and offers a delicious breakfast with friendly helpful owners.

This is a very nice, friendly guest house in a central location, with plenty of eateries within a few minutes walk.

Shame we were only there for one night! Very enjoyable stay. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. Lovely breakfast.
