Their idea of customer service is messaging you daily to check in, promising to solve things, and doing nothing.
Thursday morning reported that I was having issues with the light. It wasn't fixed by checkout on Saturday. All they had to do was send someone to replace a lightbulb. Seriously, a lightbulb.
By itself, not enough for me to leave a review. But then they promised to email me two free nights since they never took care of the light. Surprise, they did not.
Also, unrelated, I had to use a bottle labeled as dish soap to wash my hands. Didn't see any hand soap in the room.
