Great staff! Knowledgeable and friendly

Extremely nice apartment style place to stay. The shuttles were very convenient and not too far away from the resort. Really easy walk to the konbinis and restaurants.

Brilliant stay! staff supper accomodating room great short stroll to great food and bars, great drying room perfect for chilling after skiing and great value for money.

Stayed during winter in 2 Bedroom Yotei Premier Residence, check-in was a breeze as on-site reception was staffed 7am-10am and 3pm-10pm. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Special compliments to Ariana for the kind assistance rendered during our stay. She was resourceful, reliable and proactive in attending to our requests and situation, making our stay a pleasant one. She also meticulously crafted a note comparing the activities tailored to us, which is delightful. Amazing view, good quality furnishing and linen, underfloor heating and tastefully renovated, a highly recommended retreat!

The private driver was an excellent feature that was a surprise!
