Good location

Excellent location

Clean and well maintain room, friendly staff,hotel is in the center of Lyon, all high end stores on the same block and restaurants near by as well as the subway, would recommend to stay here, this is my second time staying here!

Convenient location, helpful pleasant staff, clean room, adequate breakfast, and a good value. The easy to find hotel is located close to dining, public transportation, and entertainment. The hotel does contain many, many stairs, and the elevator, reached after a climbing many steps, is located on what many would call the "2nd floor," and the breakfast room, accessed by winding stairs, is located in what many might call "the basement." I mention this only to inform potential guests who may be physically challenged and for whom this could be problematic. Bottom Line: Wonderful Hotel with great rates and a great location, I enjoyed my stay.

Staff was truly prompt, professional, reassuring. Extremely clean everywhere. The breakfast was good, in a cozy well maintained room with TV, with good hours (6.30-11am). They don't have kettles in the room, but I was able to have as much hot drinking water I wanted from the reception. The lounge is not too generous in size and a little worn out (the photos are flattering), but the room was beautiful, understated yet comfortable, wonderfully organised and restful. Plenty of shops around, with fashion and interior design lovers in particular, being spoilt for choice (found interesting gems while walking to Gare de Lyon Perrache on rue Auguste Compte).

Clean room, great location.

The staff was really great. From the night person at the desk Stephan to the cleaning staff to the day manager. All were friendly and helpful. Great location as well. Would stay there again.

Perfectly positioned and a clean comfy hotel (except for the small shower cubicle in my bathroom). Staff friendly and price good.

A good basic room, the shower is very small, too small for anyone on the bigger side.

Hotel building and rooms could use an update. Bathroom had the tiniest shower that I have ever seen. Basic petit dejeuner with yogurt/applesauce, croissants and baguettes, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and juice. Good location in city close to Metro which is easy to use.

The location can't be beat. Its right in the heart of the city. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and spoke fairly good English. Rooms were small but comfortable. You do need to deal with some stairs so not good if you have mobility issues. Breakfast was only croissants and coffee. Its a great base to explore the city and I would stay there again.

Small room, old and a bit worn, but comfortable, clean, and sufficient. Location is good for shops and restaurants.

Very basic. Small room and bathroom - but comfortable bed. OK for an overnight. Note though - there are stairs with a circular bend up to the first floor lift and to the basement breakfast room. (Breakfast basic and coffee poor - we happily went elsewhere the second morning even though we had prepaid at the hotel.)

Staff is friendly, breakfast was decent and great inclusion. Elevator was small and we can only reach it since first floor. Cleaning lady comes everyday. Room was large enough to put the baby bed.
