⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at Nightcap at Millers Inn for one night due to urgent home renovation works, and I honestly cannot praise this hotel enough. 💛 From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty with truly exceptional customer service. 👏✨ As a woman travelling alone, I felt extremely safe, comfortable, welcome, and genuinely cared for throughout my entire stay. 🌸 The rooms were spotless, spacious, modern, and beautifully presented. 🛏️✨ The luxurious King Koil mattresses were incredibly comfortable and gave me one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a very long time. The hotel also uses beautiful high-quality white bedspreads and pillowcases which made the room feel fresh, elegant, and luxurious. 🤍 Nightcap at Miller’s Inn has a total of 9 motel-style upstairs rooms, which gives the hotel a peaceful and cosy atmosphere. 🌿 The rooms also have lovely outside views, and free hotel parking is available for guests 🚗✨ I also really appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided for guests: ☕️ Good quality tea and coffee 💧 Complimentary fresh water bottles and milk 📶 Free WiFi 📺 Free YouTube, Netflix, and additional online TV channels ❄️🔥 Excellent hot and cold air-conditioning Another lovely touch was the complimentary welcome drink on arrival 🍷🍺☕️🥤 where guests can choose from beer, wine, soft drink, fruit juice, or coffee. Such a warm and generous gesture.🤗 The room prices are also very reasonable and excellent value for the quality and comfort provided 💰👏 Unlike some other places, they also do not charge ridiculous bond fees, which made the whole experience feel far more welcoming, fair, and stress-free. The bistro food was absolutely fantastic 🍽️😋 delicious, fresh, healthy, and beautifully prepared. Room service is also available, which is very convenient. Their famous Sunday roast special for only $20 is amazing value 💰👏 especially when many venues now charge between $30–$40 for a roast meal. It’s easy to see why Miller’s Inn is so incredibly popular with locals and families alike 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✨ The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, family-friendly, and very kid friendly too. 😊 The night before, I stayed elsewhere and unfortunately had a terrible experience, so the difference at Nightcap was truly like night and day. 🌙☀️ I now know exactly where I’ll be staying in future whenever I need accommodation again. I will absolutely be recommending Nightcap at Miller’s Inn to my family and friends 💖 and I also highly recommend it to anyone wanting to treat themselves to a relaxing, comfortable and special getaway. ✨ A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at Nightcap at Millers Inn for making a stressful time so much easier, more relaxing, and genuinely enjoyable. 💛 I will definitely be back. Thank You! 💖🌟🤗

Very impressed. Stayed here for a sporting competition nearby. Service was excellent. Room spotless clean. Beds comfy, shower was powerful and hot. You can tell it is a very well run hotel. Would stay here again for sure if I needed to be in the area.

Value for money. The room is big, clean, the staff are nice, and the location is great. There are nearby establishments helpful for whatever you need. Their restaurant also serves good meals. Overall my stay was pleasant.

As soon as we arrived (partner & 5yo), we found a used syringe in the car park. Inside our room, the split system leaked all over one of the beds, leaving it wet and unusable. They couldn’t swap rooms as they were fully booked and offered a $60 food voucher but no replace bed option.

It's obviously not a 5-star hotel but for the price it met my needs and I would certainly stay here again. Stayed here because it was the only place available in Melbourne on an event weekend that we could afford without taking out a second mortgage or staying in Bendigo/Geelong/Morwell. I had very low expectations, they were well and truly exceeded. I can see that this place could be a problem for the elderly with the stairs or people with a sore knee that decided to flare up this weekend. I thought the bed was comfortable but far too soft but my wife liked it. The bar stops serving at about 22:30 and there wasn't much noise before then anyway, no live music etc. It is on a busy road which is loud with the windows open (I like to sleep with the windows open) and for some reason all the Harley riders were out last night. The check in experience is a bit confused as there is no signage at the back of the hotel showing the accommodation entrance and we waited for 5-10 minutes at what we assumed was the check in counter. It would help if there was a sign at the back saying the accommodation entrance is at the bistro entrance not the pokies entrance, and a "bell" to get attention at the check in desk. All staff I dealt with were great. Good parts: affordable, value for money, clean, crisp sheets. Bad parts: check in, all rooms upstairs, exiting the back door of the accommodation goes to the hotel rubbish area.
