Internet was down from the beginning of the stay. No one internally to fixed, their reason was due to public holiday. We have to stay and work from public meeting room until 2.30 AM. The management redirected us to the Internet Company who asked a private information which a violation of personal privacy. Hotel was so loud and their guard/bouncer was stopping us to come though we clearly had our room card with us.
