Staff very nice, Big rooms.

The property was absolutely amazing 👏 the staff was very pleasant, the hotel beautiful, the paintings, the architecture the building was beautiful i felt veery safe at all times and will defenetly stay here again

This historic villa is smack in the heart of Merida. The staff is exceptionally friendly and caring. Mario and I struck up a friendship. He is masterful at his interaction with people. He lived most of his life in the US so there is no language barrier. Not sure of his title but he certainly would be an asset as hotel manager. Want to find someplace to see or eat, Mario had the absolute perfect answer wo any of your questions.

Beware!!!! This was one of the worst hotel experiences for me and my family. The pool was dirty, and the cleaning filters for the pool networking made it an ideal environment for bacteria. the room was infested with insects including large cockroaches. Owners, Management, and overall experience are extremely poor. After complaining they moved us to another hotel by the same owner because they refused to provide us with a full refund. The other hotel was the worst. The foundation was bad, when it rained no internet, no TV, and water was dripping on the floor making it a danger to the people walking as the tile is slippery and people just fell left and right. No apologies or remediation to the problem. The pool was dirty and again made of, you guessed it, slippery causing people to fall.

Our stay was awful, too noisy in the morning with music at 7am when we were still trying to sleep, no hot water at all. We had to leave the place couple of days early because it’s unbearable. Tried to contact management for refund but no response

Lovely and quiet. We were in the older rooms and they were grim. Massive coach roaches in the shower for example. Furniture was really dirty. Would have been lovely when new (as per photos).

The place is so beautiful I'm so enjoy to stay

En general la estancia fue buena. Amenidades esenciales y buen servicio del staff. Es importante mencionar que el hotel debería de diferenciar las habitaciones que tiene en la parte de atrás con las del frente. Ya que como muchos escriben en las reseñas, las fotografías que aparecen son muy probablemente de las habitaciones principales y no de las que se encuentran en la parte trasera. También, si tienes auto, el estacionamiento está a una cuadra y media y estás limitado a que esté cerrado porque es una pensión, este hotel es recomendable si no traes carro.

The room need a quick refresh, but everything was good. The staff is really nice, and the hotel is beautiful.

Very friendly front staff & restaurant. Great communication & service. Just ask for a blanket if you’re cold.

Property around too dirty. The parking lot is not close. Improve cleaning of the pool.
