Beautiful hotel. No elevator but helpful staff with luggage. Great facilities and convenient area to Old Town.

Great hotel within walking distance to the Old Town. Comfortable and pleasant stay.

I have stayed in many 5-star hotels, and this one truly stands out as one of the best. From the moment you arrive, the building and its details impress, everything is spotless, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk from the Old City. Breakfast was excellent overall, though on a few mornings, there was a bit of a wait to be served. That said, the quality made up for it. For anyone who appreciates boutique hotels with both class and a prime location, this is a must-stay when visiting Warsaw. We will be back.

Can’t recommend it more highly !rom well designed and quiet Only downside for me, the pillows. Six pillows on the bed but all flatten down. I know feather pillows are for some. Food snd service in the restaurant, super! My server was attentive, I wish I had caught his name.

Beautiful property, in a historic property. The upkeep is perfect and feels new. Very comfortable bedding and lovely breakfast. Definitely the place to stay in Warsaw.

We used this hotel as our base during our trip to Poland and were not disappointed. Rooms are large and comfortable, well appointed. Location is excellent, within easy walking distance to all key sights, restaurants etc. Reception staff were friendly and helpful which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Can definitely recommend.

The hotel is in excellent condition, the room is beautiful and clean. A delight for the eyes of an aesthete. The staff is pleasant, they respond quickly to requests. I recommend. And I will come back.

Good location and amenities. This is our place to stay when in Warsaw. Carolina (blond one there are two Carolinas) gave us excellent service. We will be coming back.
