There was no hot water for a shower. Speaking to reception, she asked if I had left the tap running for 10 minutes facing right and 10 minutes facing left. I said I didn't know I had to do that ritual every time I showered. There was only an apology, but I said that the water really does take a while to heat up.

O hotel é bom, porém os quartos não tem nenhuma ventilação. Janelas que não abrem. Cheiro bem forte de mofo.

The hotel was great. It was clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was good. We had a little difficulty communicating in English to the staff, but we managed. The parking situation was great. The parking attendants were so helpful and fast.

Located in a quiet, easily accessible (by car) part of the city. Close enough to Campinas and would be a great hotel for business travelers. Great variety in the breakfast menu. Didn't use the restaurant, but room service food was great and delivered in good time. Great value.

No TV channels access, worst internet access, impossible to work, poor Breakfast

Hotel had some minor issues, but the staff was fantastic in fixing them.

Valinhos is a jewel in the forest of Sao Paolo. Very clean city and very modern at the level of Florida !! This hotel reflects the atmosphere and fashion of the town. Safe clean and courteous staff. I wish they would get a lot of guests so that they can grow more.

The hotel is new and in great condition. The staff was extremely helpful and excited to assist us with everything from helping translate calls from Uber to and giving directions. It's across the street from the Valinhos Shopping Mall that has restaurants, a grocery store and regular stores.
