The check in was difficult, there is a short check in time. Between 3pm and 7 pm (I think), outside that time was an extra charge. You also had to give a 15 min time slot that you were due to arrive. Which for central London, with train/traffic delays is difficult. We ended up getting there 1 hour early to ensure that we would be there on time. There was a £300 breakage deposit on arrival taken from my bank (which is in the T&C’s), it was due to be returned within 7 working days. After 8 working days I rang them, I'm 80% sure that they did the refund whist I was on the phone as I suddenly got an email regarding the refund and the money was in my account 2 days later. I don’t think it would have been refunded without my call. The place was okay, a little dated, nothing special. I've stayed in a few apartments at a similar price in London and this was nowhere near as good.

The flat shown was not the one we received. It was worn down and shabby. The carpet in the bedroom was stained. The blinds in the front room were ratty. No chairs on the patio which was not RIverview. It was a classic bait and switch. The bathroom and the kitchen were clean. The furniture in the living was decent . Great location.

Good apartment, view was brilliant and close to shops/ restaurants. Main issue was the beds, very uncomfortable!! The bed in the master bedroom was so creeky and uncomfortable. Apart from that everything else was great!

Would not book through this company again. Paid a lot more than average for a superior apartment. in this block and certainly could not be classed as superior.Apartment given was not as per the pictures advertised. Had to pay £300 deposit for damages even .though the furniture was from 1980's and past its best. Dining room chairs were badly stained, sofa and cushions dirty, cushions were ripped, kitchen cupboard doors hanging off, window in living room wouldn't shut and had attempted to be taped down. Wardrobes stuffed with dirty memory foam mattress.Complained but got standard response that it was as per the pictures and they would send someone to check. Apartment was then accessed without me being present and someone attempted to clean the dining room chairs!! Also check in time was changed after agreed to suit them and then i was accused of not turning up 45 mins before i was due there! Don't bother, there are lots of much better places around than this.

A group of 5 of us stayed at the Deluxe apartment, and we found that the occupancy level advertised (6 people) is impossible to accommodate. The sofa bed we assumed was in the living room was actually in one of the bedrooms with the other bed, providing no privacy for one of the two couples in our group. When we asked in person if we could temporarily move the couch bed, we were told we could not. Those beds were also incredibly uncomfortable. They gave my partner very bad back pains after a single night's sleep. You can feel every spring. The couch bed? Our single friend opted to sleep in the non-convertible couch instead because the couch bed was so uncomfortable and tiny. We felt so bad we reimbursed her for part of the cost since we all paid equally. The location was pretty cool, but nothing is open after 12. Keep that in mind when staying at Canary Wharf. The combo washing / drying machine was a bit confusing at first but I found the manual online. Turn the dial to "D" and have the Dry function button pressed down as well before you press the power button. It will then go through a full wash rinse and dry cycle. This is the only way we found the washer / dryer to work.

Lovely view, nice apartment, all comforts. Well equipped, clean . I would recommend a few more forks as there were only 3 and few more glasses too. Also the sofa bed in the living was a bit uncomfortable but overall Was very good and pleasant. I’d recommend it .

I wasn't completely sure what to expect by this booking, but it exceeded my expectations. Our family consisted of two adults and 4 children between 2 and 18. Our room was on the 11th floor, but there were elevators off of the lobby. You used a key card to gain access to the building and a standard key to gain access to the room. The flat itself consisted of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room/kitchen area with a pull out sleeper sofa. The kitchen included a washer/dryer combo unit, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave. There was also tea and crackers as a welcome gift. Towels and linens were provided, as well as sample sized shampoo/conditioner, soap, and body wash. Laundry detergent was not provided (not that this was expected) but there was a grocery store in the underground mall very closeby (3 minute walk). The tube is also a 3 minute walk. The Jubilee line easily brought you into Central London. I had some concerns about construction noise when I saw the area, but these were unfounded. I was NEVER bothered by any construction noise. You can hear the DLR (light rail) from the unit when the windows are opened, but it never woke me. The unit is furnished very simply, which was fine for our needs. I would guess most of the furniture is from IKEA or a similar store. It was exactly the perfect size for what our family needed and we had absolutely zero issues. I would definitely stay here again if we get to return to London.

Even though the young woman who checked us in was nice, the area is very noisy with so many people and the loud train. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great but each person was given only one towel for ten days. We would have had to do laundry all the time. The worst was no air conditioning. London was experiencing very high temperatures for the first week we were there, and with no air conditioning, it was miserable. Every time we passed through the lobby, no one at the front desk ever acknowledged our presence. I would suggest portable air conditioners for the apartments in the summer if the guests request one.

Overall is clean but the furniture is too old. Most disappointed is the mattress is too old and sunken, It cannot support me to have a good sleeping. The bath tube is with no place to put your soap or shampoo, need to place in floor. The room is 9 floor high but still noisy that we hear the noise coming from the nearby bridge.

The location was good close to Tube and central city. There were lots of nice restaurants nearby. While spacious and with reasonable views, the state of the apartment was less than desirable and it was obvious that it had not been checked over. Amongst other things a leg on the Dinning table was broken and the Iron did not work.

Amazing views and good access to the Tube. This area is considered the financial area of London, a more professional and business area-v-tourism, and is on the east side of London. It is easy to get to the Tube and go anywhere! You also have a mall in close waiting distance and a grocery store with a 5 minute walk and tasty restaurants in the building.

Cons: -the water was either scalding hot or freezing -the carpet was really stained -the instruction book was really incomplete & didn't explain the washer/dryer and the dishwasher -we found condoms&underwear in the drawers -the tub was really tall (hard for older people to get out) -the beds were pretty hard -very difficult to contact the apartment people if your phone doesn't work overseas (also you don't use one of the zeroes in their phone number, that would've been nice to know) -very few necessaries included (dish soap, hand soap, sponge -one of the windows wouldn't close and the heat didn't work in there either so I can't imagine what it would have been like if it was colder outside Pros: -close to the Canary Wharf tube Station -apartment was outside of central London (pro and a con) -close to restaurants and shops -close to tesco express (convenience store) -close to South Quay DLR station -seems like a safe area -nice balcony

I've stayed with the company that manages these properties a few times now, and I've always been extremely satisfied with the service. Check-in can feel a little onerous at first, but it really isn't - generally it takes 10-15 minutes depending on how much you need to know about the property. The locations are all great and this one is no exception! I'd definitely recommend staying here.

If you're in the Canary Wharf area for business, this is the perfect apartment for you. It is not in a tourist area, but more of a financial business hub. Hence not much attractions to see. For check-in, a discovery wharf staff member will co-ordinate a time to meet you where they will then take you to your apartment to go through the procedure and administrative paperwork. The apartment is spacious and clean. Your balcony faces the river. The kitchen is more than well equipped and there's even a washing machine if you need it. There are two DLR stations within walking distance and Canary Wharf tube station is only a couple hundred metres away. You're also surrounded with a couple of supermarkets, a bunch of cafes and even a few food trucks directly underneath the apartment. For the week that I was there, I felt comfortable and at home; I didn't feel like I was limited to staying in a hotel room.I had colleagues who stayed in the adjacent Hilton hotel for 3 times the cost and in a tiny shoe box size room. In London, apartments are definitely an better option. Will definitely book this apartment again.
