We like the hotel. No problem to check in. The employees are very nice , rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. It is located 5 minutes fron the zocalo . I will stay here again . The service is great and good food. Bonito hotel y excelente servicio. Ubicacion perfecta.

They need A/C other than that everything was great

this is a very clean hotel and very near down town, banks and all of interest, breakfast is very good traditional and healthy

A very nice place and centric for a moderate price

My husband and I stayed there’s for 4 days. There’s no air conditioning but they can facilitate a super loud fan, bed is comfortable, the cleaning people are excellent however the carpet needs to be replaced ASAP. We would stay there again, hopefully they can fix these minor issues.

We stayed there for only a night, room was nice and service was fine until next morning when AFTER having breakfast with our kids, we were informed that children breakfast was NOT included and that we had to pay for it. We were shocked and explained that nobody had informed us of such policy and here on EXPEDIA was no advice about it when we made our reservation. We moved on but later when we checked out they came back again with the subject, We explained the same thing again ang started aking about who showed us to the room so they would charge him for the breakfast for not telling us about children not being included, I think that was lame, to have that argument in front of us. At the end they didn´t charge us for it but it was kind of againt their will. POINT IS: if you go with kids: their breakfast is not included as advertised here. It doesnt say "kids breakfast included" but it doesnt say the opposite! Anyway, what kind of policy is that? Are they not welcomed? Usually kids eat so little specially at mornings, specially when traveling...

great location the room and bathroom a little too small but other than that i liked it! pretty good breakfast buffet.

The hotel itself was very clean, the carpets were very old and there was no air condition in the room. They did have fans available upon requests. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was also good.

I was very pleased with everything in the hotel it was cleaned daily and the service was very kind and the parking was covered and locked up at night the breakfast was good and the centeral location was nice.

El desayuno es increible delicioso y muy completo las personas que nos atendieron en el desayuno fueron exelentes lo recomiendo al 100% tambien todo el personal fueron muy amables todo el tiempo gracias
