Such a lovely, helpful welcome following advanced call concerning check-in. Super location, easy parking, only a few minutes’ walk from the centre, quiet and safe. Super facilities, excellent room with comfy beds and great shower. Good breakfast choices and proper coffee!

Fabulous family-run property. Very quiet, clean and excellent location! The Markt is less than 10 min on foot. We stayed in an aparthotel suite for 10 days and it was a perfect home base. We had a small kitchen, living area, dining area and a large bathroom. The bidet was a great bonus. The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well. The staff were lovely and so accommodating. A beautiful little hotel in the most beautiful city. We will be back!

Lovely hotel close to the central station in Middelburg. Spacious room, all looking new and working well. It would have helped to receive after hours check in information a little sooner, but it all worked out fine.

The staff was exceedingly accommodating. They helped us with purchasing train tickets and printing them for us as the train station was under renovation. They have an honor system for evening beverages and a spacious and clean dining area for breakfast and relaxation.

Great hotel, really nice staff, big comfortable room, delicious breakfast, the croissants and fresh baked breads, homemade jams, coffees were all so yummy. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely, modern hotel right by the side of the canal and within easy walking distance of the centre of town. Although we arrived after reception had closed (at 5pm!) the facility to access the hotel and rooms via a web-app meant this was not an issue. Breakfast was adequate and the young girl serving and managing reception was very friendly and helpful.

e were visiting Middelburg so my daughter could visit University College Roosevelt and found this hotel while looking for locations that could handle four people with at least two bedrooms. We had room 13, which had a bedroom with a door, a second bedroom in the loft and a living room and kitchenette. It was perfect! Loved having the extra space! The hotel is fairly new, and everything was very comfortable and super clean. The location was great, a 5 minute walk from the train station and maybe ten minutes walk from the big market square. The owner and his sister were both very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

I could not have asked for a better welcome, a more informative tour and local information from the proprietors. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the train station, it was extremely quiet in my very generious room, which was nicely appointed immaculately clean and replenished cleaned on a daily basis. I will return, without hesitation when I next come to town on business.

Loskade 45 was delightful! The rooms are clean and nicely outfitted. The breakfast was awesome. The service by all personnel was top-notch. The location was perfect - close to the town square of Middelburg, but away from the noise. Bart, Mikkie and crew are doing a great job!

Fabulous hotel... stylish, thoughtful decor throughout. Immaculately clean with free toiletries if you need them. Very comfortable beds with nice sheets etc. Coffee machine and tea making facilities in the room. Delicious breakfast too. Only a 10 minute walk to the centre Middelburg, which is a real hidden gem. Really recommend this hotel!
