Amazing staff , the front desk guys and ladies are really nice and helpful , the housekeeping ladies are great and super clean, the breakfast girls are amazing and the security as well all 3 I met are great !! Will stay again while in Tetouane Thank you for making my stay with my brother just the best

This hotel was beautiful, clean and moderne. However not functional! We could not sleep well at night because of the hard mattress. The bedroom is not sound proof, we could hear the TV next door and staff talking in the hallway. UnfortunatelyI we had also flooding from the shower, water running in the bedroom .....

EXCELLENTE STAY, it couldn't be better. It is a new hotel in and out. Very clean and beautifully decorated, great staff who does anything to help in everyway. I loved the location because it is in a residencial area, where you can enjoy the quaite after a crazy day in town although it is only a 2/3 euros ride from city center. Great buffet breakfast with many choices, very organized and clean. I wish I had the time to stay longer. Few staff speaks Ingles. but it wasn't a problem at all. I recomend this hotel to anybody who enjoy a great place, my friends, family etc. Thanks to the staff who made my stay great. The pictures on site is exacle what you will see in the room, beautiful reception and fabolous room.

Das das Hotel befindet sich derzeit in der Renovierung. Es ist sehr laut und die Anlage ist staubig. Auf dem angebrachten Außengerüst können Handwerker plötzlich vor dem Fenster stehen und ins Zimmer schauen, keine Privatsphäre. Vorhänge mussten dauernd zugezogen werden dadurch kein Tageslicht. Das Hotel legt Wert auf eine Desinfektion der Zimmer mit Chlor wert, dies löste bei mir ein Hustenreiz aus. Das Zimmer musste aus gelüftet werden, was nicht reichte. Ich bat darum, es noch mal neu mit Wasser auszu reinigen. Altes Inventar. Das Frühstück war leider begrenzt und wurde auf einer Ebene angerichtet, wo es kein Blick nach draußen gab, vor den verstaubten Fenstern wurden die Terrassentische und Stühle Aufgestapelt die den Blick nach draußen verhinderten. Das Hotel ist leider nicht empfehlenswert.
