The property and the rooms are clean, warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were a very pleasant surprise. We will be back.

Great property. Clean and quiet. Staff was amazing. Traveling with a 7-year old and a newborn and they were very accommodating.

It’s getting harder and harder to find a quality hotel that has a good location, great staff, and is very clean. But the Best Western had all those things. And the morning breakfast was very good. I especially appreciated how attentive the staff were in the breakfast area, but also at the front desk. For that matter, the cleaning staff were also excellent, and I gave them a big tip. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would pick this as my number one choice if I were coming to the Hammondsport area again. P.S. I thought I had a billing issue, believing that I’d been billed twice. The manager checked into it immediately and was very helpful. Turns out I was not double billed, but the professionalism in handling my concern was appreciated.

The BW Plus Hammondsport was a true delight and unexpected surprise. The property is on the newer side, large comfortable rooms, great front desk service and friend breakfast service attendance. I fully recommend it if you are in this neck of the woods. You won't do any better in the area. Perfectly located for wineries, tours and tastings.

The property was clean and very inviting. Our room was clean, the bathroom..the assistance bars were loose, the refrigerator in the room sounded like it was dying. The breakfast offeredwas good. The staff was very friendly.Will definitely stay here again when we come back

Very clean updated hotel in Hammondsport. Staff is very friendly, would highly recommend this hotel. There is also a small restaurant and bar in the hotel now called the Red Wing Grill, it has excellent food!
